Lovely big desk area but no place to plug in devices.

Comfortable bed and pleasant room. 1 block to grocery store and shopping center with self serve laundry. Nice pool and sauna. Had an issue but management sorted it out to my satisfaction.

The shower door wouldn’t seal 100% so some water leaked out. The bathroom toiletries were basic, no q tips, cotton pads, details that were expected in a five star hotel.

Rooms are new, beautifully decorated, with all the amenities working perfectly. The heated pool and saunas were great for the colder days. The locations is great, close to the city center and most tourist attractions, but in a nicer area.

service could of been a bit better, I needed a 3pm check out and staff was not able to accommodate. I stayed at the São Paulo location and that was no issue. I travel a lot for work and meetings and having a little later check out at 3 helps me be able to shower before going to airport. however overall was good, facility is very nice. I do wish there was a tv in bar area and ordering food to room took a while as well as drinks to room.

The touch switches to turn the lights on and off were a bit confusing initially when sharing a room, since there were no labels and some of them were “turn off everything” which can be annoying if someone else is still up. After this was sorted out we had no more issues.

Beautiful rooms that feel warm and cozy. The hotel looks very modern overall, from the lobby to the bathroom. Staff was super helpful and always welcoming. Breakfast had lots of options and you could also request special dishes. The location is very central with a mall nearby, and is super easy to get by. Heated pool of a decent size, alongside a gym and a spa.

Qoya is my second most favorite hotel in Curitiba. Its definitely my first given its size and price. Its well located, staff is excellent, and rooms are updated and modern. Gym gets the job done, and includes a nice spa.

Room is a tiny bit smaller than I expected, but didn’t really care much as I was by myself. I believe the walls are quite thin? So if you are a light sleeper, maybe have some ear plugs. I personally liked the idea of a “different “ setting for the bathroom (sink is technically in the hall/entrance of the room, and shower and toilet are separate), I think it gives a nice, modern vibe to the hotel. So if you’re the typical old fashioned tourist maybe book elsewhere. The bathroom didn’t have a window, which is quite understandable, but I do personally like to have a window in the bathroom.

The hotel is absolutely stunning. I was greeted with an amazing warmth by the lovely receptionist (although I looked absolutely terrible when I popped in first, long flight etc). The architecture of the hotel and the rooms is just incredible and very peculiar. The breakfast buffet had so many great choices and everything was tasty! The bed was incredibly comfortable and (I know it sounds odd, sorry) the soaps smelled sooo good! Swimming pool was lovely, especially because of the city view. And finally brilliant idea having the lights automated and controlled via the website.

the swimming pool is a great size BUT when we were there was dirty bits floating in it , breakfast too expensive

the staff were helpful in getting us a scenic train ticket, but they only gave us a tour operator not really what we wanted we wanted help with booking direct but at least something. we had food they which was ok, service was good, plenty of bakeries etc to eat breakfast out, The room comfortable but dark, parking was good

The receptionist was incapable of giving my recipe after I have fully payed . They make you pay for the maquine coffee even if you take just one shot of coffee. I find it cheap. They do t put the price on the capsule and induce the client for consuming ! If they want to charge the coffee they should right the price on the capsule . I hated their managers manners . I will never ever put my feet in this “ snobbish “ 3 and a half star hotel The location is not good as well
