Location was excellent, breakfast was great, love de hotel stuff, too bad we have to pay for parking and there is no airport transportation. But once again great hotel, looking forward to staying there again.

only one bar on the roof which was never open. my bathroom sink tap leaked over the counter when I used it and the shower doors were never cleaned so couldn’t really see through the glass

The « luxury » room has a more welcoming feeling than the standard room, which are depressing. However, in that case, the price-value ratio can be questioned. Sete Lagoas is merely a destination for business travellers, so probably the fact that most bills go through company expense, allows them to charge higher rates than should be expected, considering all aspects.

The TV was disconnected, the AC remotes were missing and we didn’t have enough towels. and we called a few times before someone responded. However the food service was excellent. Timely and polite. Good pizza.

I called the front desk for two glasses of wine and they said i had to go to the restaurant to ask for it. There, they told i could not take wine glasses to the room, so i asked for long glasses, and they told i could only take small glasses with me. The guy took dusty glasses and cleaned with hand cleaning papers - it remained dirty... (i laughed afterwards, though). The balcony key was bent and almost didnt open.

Polite staff; nice entrance; clean room; had a view to the lake; didn't stay for the breakfast or enjoyed the facility (my flight were at midnight).

During my check-in on Fri. Apr. 26th, the "SPA" was presented as an on-site option. When I investigated making an appointment, the door was locked. The reception desk personnel indicated that SPA was closed for renovation and they had no idea when the SPA was expected to re-open. They just kept pushing the information paper towards me and circling the phone number. Being an English speaker, I was unable to understand any message from the SPA that was listed in Portuguese. So, essentially, that was no help at all. While I sat by the pool on Sat. Apr. 27th, another guest started smoking. I asked the bartender whether smoking was permitted in the pool area. She said no. I alerted her to the man who was smoking right beside the pool and adjacent to where I was sitting. The bartender proceeded to go back to the bar, continue to mix drinks for guests, and NOT TELL HIM TO STOP SMOKING. I told her I was very disappointed that she had not informed him about the smoking and I left the pool area immediately after that. I also informed the personnel at the from desk about this problem. There are only 2 lounge chairs by the pool and both are in poor condition. The rest of the patio area is attractive but, there is limited areas to stretch out after a swim. I positioned 2 regular sitting chairs together so that I could sit on one and stretch my legs into the other. I was confused about why I was unable to access my NETFLIX account on the room TV. I asked the housekeeping staff for help only to find out that the hotel does not offer NETFLIX even though the TV remote has a NETFLIX button.

The location is great. Lovely to walk around the lake and several nearby supermarkets.

Very good location, friendly and very helpful staff. Very nice staff, could organize a reliable Taxi to visit the region for a reasonable price. Very good food at the restaurant and breakfast was also good.

- Walls are NOT acoustic proof - Toilet not clean when we checked in - bathroom in general not clean - very, VERY noisy toilet every time it was used - not friendly staff, arrogant manager - dirty hallways - we were not warned about construction in our floor so with no acoustic walls you can imagine the noise - way overpriced food products - couldn’t wait to get out of there - we stayed at many places, this one by far the worst

Very clean hotel in a good location close to restaurants. Hotel’s main restaurant offers delicious food and inclusive breakfast has many options to choose from. Our hotel room had a beautiful view of the water from a small balcony. Will definitely be staying there again whenever I am in the area. perfect for families with children too!
