The apartment has old decoration and furnitures but it's clean! The access is good, has parking in the location but you need to pay R$ 20,00 per/night. The location is good, approximately 15 minutes walking to famous Liberdade fair that occurs in Friday's and Sunday's.

Sauna only available from 6-7 for ladies and 7-8 for men. It is a loot of construction happening around area. So a little bit much noise

Close to Japantown and Chinatown. Quite cheap regarding access to sauna and pool.

There are a few different wifi networks around. Some of them don't work at all. Broken down equipment in the gym. The mattress in Room 85 is very uncomfortable and should be replaced

Relatively quiet in a busy area. Proximity to lots of restaurants and bars and Asian foods. A gym was a pleasant surprise. However don't expect too much there. Most of the equipment there doesn't work. Another pleasant surprise is that there's a large sitting room hidden behind on the other side of the elevators. You can enjoy quiet times. Attached to that is the laundry room.

The rain, but what can anyone do

Nice location close to Libedade. Cable TV in English if you can work out to press the green button on certain channels. Very friendly staff and gate security.

The Wi-Fi connection is really slow, you cannot do videocalls with it but aside from that, it is a good choice overall.

Everything, I needed a quiet and safe place to crash at Sao Paulo and this was it!!

I was in São Paulo in August. It was quite cold in the night in bed. Maybe a bigger blanket would be good the winter season. The internet could be faster.

The apartment is in a nice neighborhood. The bus to downtown is very close and the metro is 10 minutes away. You can Check in 24/7 as there is always a guard at the front door managing the keys.

One thing that I was disapointed with, was the fact that there's no sockets near the bed. Idk if it was only in my room or in the others too... And also there's no microwave.

The people of the staff are really friendly and welcoming! It's about 2km walk from the subway station, but there's always busses stops around, which was really good. There's supermakerts nearby and a 24hour bank machine.

The fornitures very old and matrasses need to be replaced. Very noisy and I was bitten by some insect on my arms and belly. Very stressed. Could not rest at all. My hisband and daughter have not. but for some reason I got bitten and my arms became all spotted. I really recommend to replace the matrasses with new ones. There must be some acaris inside them and people with sensitive skins can be bitten.
