MexicoWiFi/internet is SUPER SLOW. This needs to bed improved. We had a hard time to work remotely.Restaurant was peaky to receive us with our dog for breakfast. But in the end they were flexible to put us in an isolated corner with him to enjoy breakfast. Hotel in general has an old look & feel, but room seems refurbished/new.
Location was good. Pet Friendly hotel. Complementary feet spa at the room. Room is nice. Staff is friendly. Complementary coffee and water at the front desk. Room is very nice and with appropriate size.

United StatesI DID NOT like that I could not bring even a cup of coffee back to my room. Hotel is advertised as having a bar.There is NO BAR. The restraunt does NOT SERVE DINNER. I don't think having to wait 20 minutes for the hot tub too be made ready for use was good, and even after the twenty minutes and the tub was filled the water was not hot. It was more of a cold tub, than a hot tub.
Breakfast was nice. Many varities of food, all of it was fresh and the dining room was very clean. Staff was very helpful, and courteous.

BrazilI did an upgrade (at booking website) to a room that supposed would have better bed linen, it was even specified the brand of the linen but it was a not the ones mentioned it was average ones and the toileteries as well were average. The bathroom was small and old.
Spacious Room, very confort bed and great location. The restaurant had a buffet style meal every day and it was a good price and good food.

United StatesThe rooms are less than desirable. The photos are beautiful, however this is not exactly what you will receive when you arrive. The hotel is well decored but the rooms need help.
The best thing about this hotel is the staff. From check in to check out the reception team is more than welcoming and pleasant. Especially the young woman upon check out at 7am on Wednesday morning. She was delightful, personable, friendly, pleasing, and professional. She truly made my experience top notch. I will praise this hotel forever because of my interactions with her.

United KingdomThis is one of those old hotels that try to look fancy by adding new furniture. But if you open the curtains and the bathroom it looks like a cheap motel. Definitely not worth the money. In addition there was an over charge by a mistake done by booking.com which is unacceptable.

United Arab EmiratesEven though this was a “suite” there is no additional sitting room. Toilet is extremely small and uncomfortable. Every order I placed (laundry and mini bar) needed to phone at least 3 times to get it done. Gym is very poor, no proper equipment and the treadmill is dangerously malfunctioning. The breakfast IS TERRIBLE. The few available fruit was not properly ripe, even though Minas is the state that most produce coffee in Brazil, it was so disappointing to see the terrible coffee served. Hard product is old and not maintained. Not going back.

AustriaThe hotel sadly is not very well maintained, the toilets were getting clogged or the water stuck, the AC was leaking, the soap holder in the shower was broken and couldn't hold anything and the shower head itself was so full of calk, it felt like you got sprayed with the firehose. United KingdomI had three different bookings, and they were unable to link them together. Every other day I had to go and pay for the different reservation. Also, the Luxury room in this hotel is not apparently the highest available standard so if you think you upgraded yourself, book a superior room but again different staff and different explanations. I ended up changing rooms twice in the end and also was charged for an upgrade even tho I was downgraded. Go figure. Still have not received the refund.
The location of the hotel was good and sufficient for my needs. English was a bit of a challenge here.
