How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The beds were sloppy, not for those having a lumbago or anyone who may develop back pain. The shower cabin was a bit dated. Towels left much to be desired. All the rest in the room was okay.
Location is just perfect for quick transfers from/to the GRU airport and walks in a quite and safe neighborhood and the green park with amusements nearby (just a couple of hundred meters behind the hotel). Service at the reception was very swift. Receptionist guys were very attentive and helpful. The on-site cafe serves a good breakfast. I also had some fried fish with vegetables there on Saturday night, which cost me no more than $12. You can also have drinks at the bar there. The atmosphere is relaxed in the hotel. My room was pretty clean.

As Per Friendly the hotel should offer some pet facilities (food plates and litter box)
It was clean and is near Guarulhos airport.

The garage has narrow, difficult to park parking spaces, and there was no parking valet. Even though you park yourself, you have to leave the keys at the front desk, as someone will move your car if needed.
Location is very good, near Bosque do Maia, Assaí supermarket and restaurants. The room is oldish but reasonably clean.Staff is courteous and helpful.

There wasn't really anything I didn't like, the property is just a bit tired.
The room was comfortable, the breakfast tasty. We would like to point out the young men on the reception desk led by Marcelos, they were brilliant and would be employable anywhere. Thank you gentlemen.

There were some stains on the walls and there was no way of checking the temperature of the shower until you were in it without splashing the floor.
the property was good value for a last minute booking from the airport and the staff were lovely to deal with.

Generally quite a 'dated' looking hotel and breakfast buffet is pretty basic - mostly sweet bread but that could be a Brazilian thing.
Room has everything you need for a short stay. Super comfy bed. Nice hot shower. Very clean and in a quiet spot while still being easy walking distance to some good restaurants. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The sidewalks near the hotel are really dangerous (which is not the hotel's fault, of course), but it can be a problem for senior guests and people with disabilities.
It's a pet friendly hotel, but the other costumers don't have to bother, it's hard to notice that there are pets there. Great staff, nice breakfast and the location is great, close to an amazing park and many restaurants. Even though it is not nearby the Guarulhos Airport, it is totally worthy it.

On Friday and Saturday nigh, the loud music from the nightclub was very disturbing, and made it impossible to sleep.
Breakfast was very good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Room was better than in the pictures! Big, clean, the shower was excellent. The relationship price/quality is excellent. Also, the restaurant serves delicious food, chefs work fast and well, and again, prices are cheap considering the service. But the most: the staff is lovely.

A bit overpriced for what the hotel offers. The shuttle to/from the airport is discontinued, so expect to spend R$ 50-60 each way by taxi.
This hotel is located approximately 6.5 km from the international airport (GRU airport), in the heart of Guarulhos city. The rooms are nice for an overnight stay; complimentary breakfast is good.

Poor quality beds, mattresses, the air conditioning unit was placed in the wall, you could see outside on its sides and it was very noisy.
It was clean amd the staff was nice.
