Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very convenient location for a late flight arrival, 10 min away from the CNF airport, or for an early morning flight departure. Very nice complementary breakfast. Excellent value for money, friendly and helpful staff.

United KingdomStaffing levels were very low which made check in very slow and the dining area had not been cleared. The listing describes a "restaurant" but an eating area in the lobby is a better description! The food was fine though.
We stayed here to get an early flight, and I was very impressed by the standard of the rooms - spacious and comfortable. A decent buffet breakfast was available from before 6.30 and there was a meal available at at 11pm. They provide a shuttle to the airport every hour - if you are arriving late it might be a good idea to request this before you check in as spaces are limited.

BrazilIt doesn’t have own shuttle to the airport and take the service from taxi or other local companies. Our shuttle arrived 30 min, for luck we arranged the our transport 2 h before the flight. The room had no shampoo or bath soap, different the hotel description.
It’s nearby the airport. The price is fair. The staff is respectful and careful.
