Waiters took the wrong orders on several occasions, although it was clarified at the time of ordering. Because not everyone spoke English, it could have been harder for them to take the orders. However, it is always worth double checking with customers instead of serving the wrong selection. We felt like waiters needed more training. We didn't fight or comment on the wrong doing, but it was unpleasant on multiple occasion s (during lunch when lunch was not included in our room selection, but we didn't want to drive out for food, we decided to eat in the restaurant at the beach and received the food that we chose at first but then selected another and agreed with the waiter that we don't need the first selection we are canceling it and in the end got served with both and during dinner on our 2nd night, the waiter served us with two kids pastas instead of 1 serving to share for two kids and seemingly made few whispers over to his colleague with a smirky smile which put a bad taste during our trip). The room seemed like it needed renovation, as the furniture looked old, the tiles and the sink too.

The view was great, especially from the beach. Pools we taken care of, but it had a lot of dead insects in it. We saw several people get injured around the pool area as it gets slippery, but there were no signs or mats to prevent it. The jacuzzi was amazing and our favorite spot. Staff at reception was great. We were greeted and welcomed nicely, but kitchen members needed improvement. On our first night, we received a phone call from staff advising us of our dinner opportunity, and because we fell asleep after the long journey, it felt nice of their attention to us and extra care. The first night dinner went great. The room was on the 2nd floor and had a great view over the pool and seaview. It had a nice little balcony.we had extra beds upon request, which was super amazing as we stayed with 2 kids. The facilities were well kept and clean. We liked that the hotel had a separate lounge rea that can be booked and kids' room for them to enjoy.

It was a good experience, our second time in the hotel in one year, it is a perfect place for families.

It is not a new establishment and while it is well maintained, it can be noticeable (mold spot in bathroom, showers for use while not in the room lack basic supplies - towels).

This location is amazing. It is safe, relatively secluded and the hotel has everything you need. There are many activities at the beach (boat trips of all prices, sailing, etc) and nearby (waterfall, other beaches). It is also super safe.

We didn't like that the staff has to wear long pants out in the HOT BOILING weather! They have a small fan that barely works and not enough cold water to make them comfortable during their shift. I think because it is a beach hotel, every employee should have uniforms such as dresses, shorts, and light polos and shirts appropriate for the season and weather. At check in the staff was dripping sweat because it was so hot! We didn't like the system of the towel service, we had one beach towel per person per day and being that we were at the beach and at the pool our towels were soaked. When we asked to swap for fresh ones, they were unable to accommodate it because they said they give towels out at a certain time and that time only and didn't have extras. So, I figure next time we go we should probably an extra towel of our own in case the towels provided by the hotel are too wet to dry off.

Super recommend Costa Verde Tabatinga Hotel! From start to finish everyone was very friendly, helpful and made our stay a very pleasant one. The staff overall was very nice, helpful and friendly, not one of them had a pout of made us feel like we were a burden if we had questions or requests. The location is perfect! You walk out of breakfast to the pool area and a few steps out you're on the beach! beach chairs, umbrellas and loungers are available... The beach is amazing, it's calm and perfect for everyone, especially those who fear going into the ocean. Breakfast and dinner included a variety of foods. A super nice and relaxing trip! We will definitely return when we have another opportunity. There are a couple of restaurants o n premises if you choose not to eat dinner at the hotel, a pizzeria and a sushi restaurant. There's also a grocery store in the condominium for anything you may have forgotten or need.

The view from the room could have been better. When I booked a room with a balcony, I thought the view would be very nice, but my view was of the garage and the only things I saw were cars.

The place is beautiful and very peaceful. Breakfast is impeccable. The room is very cozy and the staff are very friendly, the service was exceptional.

The decor is outdated. The room has very few power outlets, I had to unplug a lamp by the bad to plug a charger. The dinner in the restaurant was okay, out of 3 days, two were good and one was actually subpar, a little disappointing for the excellent food served at the bar.

The location is amazing, beachfront with beach service, the heated pool and the pool bar is also very good. The hotel is very clean and the general atmosphere is very good. The staff is very helpful and make the difference in the stay.

The food wasn’t that good and none of the staff spoke English. If my girlfriend wasn’t with me it would have been impossible to communicate with anyone who works there.

The property is very nice and very well kept. The rooms are very nice and clean and the common areas are modern.

For the price, I would have expected better toiletries, food options, towels, and simple things to offer comfort. We were woken up in the morning on a Saturday by the cleaning staff trying to come clean at 9 am, which seems unnecessary.

The location is lovely with a gorgeous view. It's secluded from other spots and seems to be in a safe area, though a car is needed to travel from place to place. We had a great beach massage that we were able to arrange.

The internet was not good and definitely needs to be completely overhauled. I had a few work things and struggled with the wifi. The beds were so-so, not very soft, and it wasn't actually a King sized bed but rather two twins pushed together.

All the meals were amazing! My friend is vegan and they were able to find all the proteins they needed and it all tasted amazing. Overall a 10/10 for the food! The pool, sauna, beach, and area were also amazing! The place is super exclusive and you will not be bothered by any vendors or anything while relaxing on the beach.

the property is a three star at best, not a 5 star by ANY measure. The hotel is rundown, needs a major facelift and a new WiFi system. do int plan on using the WiFi much. Nothing is updated. Lobby furniture, pool floats, room towels all need immediate replacing. The staff was very nice. The restaurant food was not very good. Fish dishes inedible. Stick to the smash burger.

Not much to like at this place.
