The breakfast was very limited unfortunately. A lot of cakes, but few healthy choices. We stayed for a week, and we stopped eating there at the end and rather ate out instead. Also very bad English knowledge. I think maybe one staff member spoke English and they did not work in the restaurant. Otherwise everyone was very friendly and did their best.

We really liked the rooms, very spacious and clean. The location was great as well. It was only a short walk to Paulista Avenue and the area felt very safe as well.

Very nice building and room in the heart of SP. The building has a mixed use: Airbnbs and hotel. The facilities are not new but they are very well maintained and everything is kept very clean and in super good shape. The room was very big and with a lovely view over the city from out window (12th floor). The area was superb, very residential, felt safe and super close to downtown (barely 10 mins walking).

Bathroom looks like a bit older but not that damage our staying.

It’s in a perfect location, 500 meters from Avenida Paulista and the metro station. A safe neighbourhood compared to others São Paulo places.

HORRIBLE wifi, kept cutting out all the time, even after we talked to the staff. Gym is tiny. Breakfast isn't great

The breakfast staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good, but there is some room for improvement in terms of variety.

Very nice location, and friendly, helpful staff (restaurant, cleaning, front desk) ready to accommodate and facilitate guests' requests. It allows you to get around central São Paulo efficiently, and within easy reach of both airports (avoiding rush hour).

Unfortunately, the quality of the restaurant in this unit still leaves something to be desired as breakfast is included in the stay, I need to record the opportunity for improvement here.

The front desk staffing did an amazing job with a warmer welcoming to myself and my wife at the check in offering a good experience all the way thru my stay.

Check in was a slow process and unfortunately, the member of staff checking my daughter and I in was not very warm or welcoming.

The location is good walking distance to some of the highlights - Paulista Avenue, Museum of Art of Sao Paulo on Paulista Avenue and close to GRU airport. Breakfast is included and offers a variety of choice. The reception area is really inviting and modern!

Comfortable apartment hotel with plenty of space. The hotel looks grander than the photos show. Tasty and plentiful breakfast. Great location in Jardins. The area felt safe.

Very nice hotel. Entrance and breakfast room beautiful. Bedroom was very good, clean and comfortable. Rooftop swimming pool with awesome view. Workers very helpful. I did not expect valets for the car but it was what I needed without even knowing it.

The breakfast is average! The Kitchen seems to be run by a third company. Some of the days for breakfast it had some very old breads (like extremely hard) the guy in charge of checking if your room is on the breakfast list is rude.

The location is fantastic as it is close to Avenida Paulista. The rooms are really big and the staff at reception are very friendly.

they didn’t had basic things such as plates, and utensils or a water kettle for tea/coffee. the drawer next to bed was slightly inclined which gave an idea of soon because falling as well as some of the wallpaper in the living room shower was quite small!
