Price for 3 hours is the same for one day

If you need to stay for a few hours, the hotel is overpriced. But regarding comfort, it’s a great option for whom need to wait an international connection.

The receptionist was no friendly and i made a reservation with booking for my mom in my credit card and they wanted me to present the credit card to them, they said that they are not allowed to make a payment through booking. I was not there, my mom had to call me and i had to ask to talk to the manager to pay and allow my mom to use the facilities. My mom is 80 yo and i do t understand why they didnt charge me with the info that i have at booking. Anyways, the hotel is comfortable and clean but the crew is not that so good.

The only bedding is a sheet that can't be considered a blanket. The walls are also extremely thin, so I could hear the other guests pretty clearly.

The room was really clean and had most or what you'd need for a single night.

So nice to just get off the plane, walk a few gates over, and check in. The room was perfect for a layover, very quiet, very convenient, and they even had a buffet dinner out. Staff were great, clean rooms, and the option to never leave the gate area for an international connection was awesome! Just be VERY sure your luggage is checked all the way through to your final destination, or you cannot use the hotel. We flew from JNB on Latam, and even though our cxn was more than 12 hours, they checked the luggage through to Argentina.

They have no plugs to borrow. We had to buy from them. But price is low compared to airport shops. Brazil has its own plugging system.

If in long transit at GRU, planning to city tour, and rest a bit, this hotel is perfect. Easy to get out of airport. Easy to access upon return. Near most departure gates. It’s perfect. We arrived from Santiago. Rested a bit at hotel. Then toured Sao Paolo. Back at airport. Rested at hotel. Then flew out. It was a transit of 20 hours. Stay here and you’ll be fresh for the city tour and then rested for the flight. Facilities are good and price is fair.

No communication between airport authorities and hotel management about letting guests through early enough to rest. Allowed to go inside restricted area only 3 hours before flight. There’s no clear signage as to where in T3 it is. Arrow direction is misleading. It should be pointing downward with picture of elevator.

the receptionist was very efficient in getting us checked in the facility is greatly located in the international terminal, and you can sleep during your layover and then leave the facility an hour before departure and go directly to the gate without having to go through security again it gave us the opportunity to sleep 6 hours in between flights, have a nice shower and a nice breakfast was included

I had a unsatisfactory experience with this hotel. First they sent a message through the Booking.com messaging app one month before the flight. They stated a problem with my reservation billing and had my name and dates of travel as well as the hotel. They asked me to update via the internal messaging system. It’s turns out it was fraudulent and there was a hack of the hotel tool. I had to cancel my credit card. Then, 3 days before my stay they sent an email to remind me I had to be on an International flight in terminal 3. Because of my fraud concerns, I directly contacted the hotel via WhatsApp and described my arrival in Terminal 3 with carry-on luggage only. I wanted to know that I could go down to the hotel. The person responding said it was ok since I was arriving there. In fact you need another international boarding pass, or must be arriving with a new international boarding pass to descend to the first floor. I messaged via WhatsApp again to not charge or refund and they gave me a new number to dispute billing. Then they charged me. Totally unacceptable. Poor communication and internet security. Unfortunately, at the time of booking it was not possible to pay online at Booking.com. Only upon arrival at the hotel. At the time of booking the price was 99€, but when I arrived at the hotel they quoted me a price of 150€. I was forced to pay this price because I had no other option.

It was not our first time at the hotel and we always stay here when we have a long transit through Sao Paolo airport. We had a 10 hour layover and although not cheap, it is definitely worth it to be able to rest and have a shower. Room is spacious and comfortable for sleeping. Breakfast is included and has good options.

The air-conditioning was very noisy, even on the lowest fan setting. The air vent system, even when the air conditioning was turned off, was still noisy. There was construction going on all night long - drilling and banging. The bed was hard (not comfortable) There was no complimentary coffee or tea in the room (You had to pay. For the price of the room, which was certainly not cheap, complimentary coffee and tea in the room should have been provided). There is no natural light in the room, but the lamp lighting was tasteful. We couldn't work out how to get access to any of the premium/cable channels on the TV and it appears that you have to have your own subscription to sign in. This was very confusing and we gave up, so in effect, we had no TV. Overall, for the money we would have expected a better experience.

The location could not be more convenient. The staff were polite. The breakfast that was being set up looked good but as we had an early flight we couldn't take advantage of it. The shower was large and the water was hot. The bed was large. The room was large.
