Staff spoke no English at all. Other than fruits there have been no healthy options at breakfast. No extra orders for f.e. eggs possible. Bathroom needs refurbishment.

Some of the arquitecture and decoration begin to show little signs of ageing but nothing critical. It would have been nice to be able to have other meals at the hotel other than breakfast.

Breakfast was great and staff ready to accommodate our special dietary requirements. Location is excellent, tucked away but walking distance to all nice places downtown.

Very nice large room with fireplace & balcony. The indoor pool is heated & sauna is included. Small jacuzzi in the room. Good bkfst with a variety of cakes & pasteries. Location is quiet with nice garden. Good wifi.

Located on a quiet hill not far from the downtown shopping area. Spacious family room with a great view. Heated pool. Top notch breakfast.

The baby chair in the breakfast room did its job, but I should be considered to be changed for a new one or better maintained.

We were very pleased with the Hotel. Its located in a little side street on the top of a hill. The room was very speacious. From our rooms nice terrace we had a very nice panoramic view. The staff was very kind and helpfull in many ways. Due to Covid there was only breakfast and we had to organize dinner ourselves. But this is not a problem in Gramado at all. The receptionist were very helpfull when we did order food at a restaurnt for delivery. They brought us everything we needed (plates/cutlery) so we did not have to eat out of the boxes. They also helped with organizing an UBER ride. We did not have a Brazilian Phone and could not download the app so they organized for us. The breakfast was very good and it was possible to choose from a big variety. Fresh fruits, fresh juices and fresh omlet aswell as our favourit fresh (still warm) pao de queijo made the breakfast perfect. Betty from the breakfastroom was also very kind and attentive.

the apartment was spacious, looking out on mature trees giving us the feeling of being close to nature. it was quiet and restful. the building itself was full of character that new buildings lack. bed was most comfortable. we loved the shower which had unusually high pressure. we enjoyed the tea and flavoured water always available in the reception area. staff were excellent, very attentive and courteous. breakfast was wonderful with an amazing variety of delicious food

The room was very comfortable. It was not a mass produced room, but was unique and well designed. Loves the loft with the huge bathtub, and the balcony with a view down into Gramado. It was just a few minutes walk to the main part of the town and we enjoyed the walk very much. Lovely breakfast and gorgeous property. Romantic and fun!

The wi fi is old fashined and does not accomodate new PCs

The Varanda is nice and the staff is great. The problem I faced was the internet. It is from Roman times. The routers are old and did not work with my PC. If you plan to go and relax this is a good value and nice place, if you plan to check your email and zoom, stay away!

First, the location is no ideal. Although it's close to the city, it's on top of a hill which means that you can't walk to the city. You have to drive which means you cant have a few drinks with dinner. Secondly, it's very dated. The shower cubicle had mold, the ceiling exhaust fan was about to fall off, the bath silicon was peeling...it was just in general state of disrepair. The mini bar fridge was extremely loud and we had to turn it off and so was the air-conditioning fan. I think something was stuck in it and it was making a whistling noise so we had to turn it off. Lastly, it was extremely expensive for what you got. The toiletries were cheap for a hotel that charges almost $1000 reais for one night. Very overpriced. You can get something in town for almost half the price.

The breakfast was very good and staff were fantastic. Staff were always helpful and super polite.

We had couple's massage reserved..It turned out to be individual and certainly far away from what we expected. Another negative point was the reception, we had a very unfriendly reception at the checkin and well as during checkout.

The Hotel is well located and close to several restaurants and the city centre itself. However you will take a car, rather than walking back to the Hotel up the hill. Breakfast is well served and Beth was very helpful and kind

I didn't like the pillows and the matress. Besides, the room is very spacious and could have a king bed. We had to call the attention of the cleaning staff in the mornig beacuse they were talking too loud, but they imediatelly apologized.

The staff is very nice and attentive. They have a nice and warm swimming pool. All the hotel nedds a remodeling, like painting the walls and doors, changing the running treadmill, change the pillows and mattres and taking care of the back yard, witch I could see from my window. Because the hotel is at a very nice and quiet location.
