Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PortugalUnfortunately I stayed for 3 nights but since from the second night on the building had an issue with warm water... So the next days were difficult to take bath because of have only cold water. Of course it is not hotel's fault (I suppose) but it brought to me a little bit of frustration and difficulties specially when you have a 7 months baby. So for a high price rate, probably it should have a backup in cases like that.
The staff, the bed, the view of the room, the location and the meal. The Curi restaurant although has a pretty normal menu everything that we ate is absolutely delicious! The staff are well welcoming and supportive.

United Arab EmiratesI asked one day before traveling about the e sauna, if there was a sauna and if it was working well, they confirmed but when I got there it wasn’t working what gave me a very very big headache one I needed to cut weight by using the sauna I was counting on it but I had to pay another place to use the sauna and was very hard to do it so.

BrazilA large event was happening, and it seemed like it had overwhelmed the hotel's capabilities. The staff seemed stressed, the check-ins were late. There was very little information about the process. This created a bit of frustration.
We went there for a UFC event. The hotel was right in front of the venue. It could not be better. The location is surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. It felt very safe as well.

United Kingdombreakfast was mainly sweet stuff for kids and the £10 toaster was broken and they didn't replace it but it was entertaining watching people try to use it 😂. It wasn't that clean at all pool I even saw a water boatman insect living in it plus it was dirty on the pool tiles & around it and underneath sun loungers I expected more really.

United StatesHotel is nice. My room had a view that was also really nice. Breakfast was great with many options. Staff was very friendly and supportive, because I don’t speak Portuguese. All staff were friendly and attentive. Rodrigo was so helpful and I can’t thank him enough.
