The kitchen was lacking in equipment, very basic. Only one cooking ring meant had to do things in stages. Not enough plug points, especially in the kitchen. The lighting was not good, very dim bulbs and one kept on flickering so couldn't be left on.

Location was perfect. Great to have own kitchen space. Bed was lovely and comfortable.

The kitchen is small and with few equipment (the stove can accommodate only one pan). This allows only minimal cooking. Our studio did not have a window on the outside. It had a window on the inner corridor.

Shower was confusing and had some strange looking wires. Check in could have been smoother, I was told to send a WhatsApp message when we arrived (so if we didn't have mobile internet we would have had a challenge). I tried calling and messaging but got no response. Luckily another Brazilian couple arrived around the same time and seem to have gotten through. So we were able to check in at the same time as them. I think the building has laundry facilities but we were shown where they are. I think overall just a simple set of instructions in the room would have solved most of these issues. Weirdly the place had windows that opened to the hallway too and no windows to outside. Wasn't an issue for us as we were just sleeping there for one night but if you were staying longer it may be a bit depressing.

Good sized room and good price. Kitchen was pretty well equipped but we were only staying one night so didn't need it, no oven. Towels were clean and in good condition (seems to be a rarity in South America). Beds were fairly comfortable and everything was very clean. Tons of plugs in the rooms which is also pretty rare.

Garage gate into property was quite noisy during the night and nearby guests were very loud.

The bathroom sink had hairs in when we arrived, and a toothpaste cap on the floor, so was not cleaned very thoroughly.

Private kitchen was great to have, very well equipped too. Located near the bud Station which was handy as well. Comfy beds and lots of space. When we couldn't open our door they came really quickly to help.

The only member of staff I spoke to was a really grumpy young girl, who was not welcoming or friendly at all. The flat is generally great, especially for the price, but we were missing a few essentials like forks (?!), a tea towel and bowls. It made it challenging to cook anything in the kitchen.

Overall the flat is excellent for the price. It's small, but cosy, incredibly quiet and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean and modern with a hot shower (although you have to turn the tap to the magic spot to get the hot water!). We ended up extending our stay as we liked it so much.

We like places with kitchen for cooking. While the electric devices were adequet, the kitchenware were not even close to the basics, making cooking a very challenging and time consuming experience. But the worst was the fact that there is no exhaust hood, so the room was smelling onion and garlic the whole time of our stay (there is no other way for ventilation). The smell of onion was so strong that our eyes were becoming wet for more than 6-7 hours after cooking.

The place looked new, so everything in the room was in great condition and clean. It was a very comfortable room.

The staff was not very friendly, although there was written that there is a 24 hour reception we always had to wait till someone opened the door (also for the laundry because it was in another building), we only had one chair in the doubleroom apartment

The room smelled of smoke and did not dissipate over two days. The room was a lot larger than expected and even had a kitchen and sitting area which was good . Overall good standard but could be slightly cleaner

The place wasn't clean. Plenty of spider's web all over the place, hair in the floor. Signs of a bad cleanliness. Very noisy place in general (people, and the gate of the garage is terrible)

Sheet was not fitted and too small to stay on the bed. Bastards wanted to charge for an extra sheet. Room smelled. And no toiletries. Key was very cheap garbage, but it did function. I would just not trust my safety to such a crappy key. No English Channels on TV.

Cheap, secure parking. AC worked well. Hot water was good.
