All the plants look so nice, you can notice the caring. The pool has a perfect size. The Buganvilia looks just beatifull. The rooms have perfect size. Nothing, it was perfect

Everything. The always smiling staff and service were incredible. The hotel was small (19 rooms), intimate and beautifully landscaped. It was just outside of the main area of town on a Main Street but extremely quiet. The pool size was perfect. It was open 24hrs/day too!! Breakfast was exceptional. Again, the service couldn’t have been better.

not a dislike, but a gentle warning that when it rains, the tiles get a bit slippery - regardless, there was often a member of the staff wipping the water away, even though it rains quite often.

I guess whomever is reading the reviews is wondering how can a hotel sustain such a rating - well, Villa Nautica has IT. it's a small paradise in sandy Jeri that provides luxury, cleaneness, calmness and beauty. I believe the charm lies not only in the great design and new furniture, facilities and location, but in the STAFF. everyone was AMAZING, kind, friendly and helpful!! oh, and the BREAKFAST.... incredible, delicious, well presented and quickly prepared. one of the absolute best hotels we have ever stayed at. a core memory for me was - as I drink a lot of water, especially with my coffee, I had been asking the first day for water every 3 minutes - what one of the awesome staff did was bring me a huge cup that holds 4x more water to ensure I get hydrated and I'm not feeling uncomfortable asking for more or getting up to pour me some. that small gesture is what elevates for me the experience from 10 to 11. we cannot thank you enough, Villa Nautica team, for the great care you show every one of your guests.

Wifi signal was quite weak in our room, but the reception informed us that they are working on a solution for a better connectivity. This however did not affect our stay at all.

We loved everything about the property. The staff are very attentive, cleanliness is excellent and it offers such a tranquil experience at a prime location. The three course breakfast was impressive and overall it has excellent value for money. After traveling the world extensively, we will be recommending this gem wholeheartedly.

There was not many vegan options for breakfast. I had to adapt some of the options, which turned out to be a bit plain. I had to eat honey so I could have tapioca with banana and something else to make it interesting. They didn't offer things like vegan butter, hummus, some sweet syrup, jams, vegan tapiocas and at least one vegan cake. As I mentioned above, from 3pm to 6pm they offer complimentary tea, coffee and cake. The cakes were never vegan. I asked if they ever did a vegan cake and they said they don't. I felt excluded from that experience. They could cater more for vegans too. It is a classy place, where you spend a lot, you expect them to be more inclusive.

The hotel is very pretty, charming and classy. I loved the common areas and the room. The swimming pool has an amazing temperature and it is always clean. The staff speaks English, which is great. They also have the menu in English for breakfast, which is a la carte. I loved that they have a hanger on the 1st floor balcony, where you can dry your beachwear items. From 3pm to 6pm they offer complimentary tea, coffee and cake. Too bad they were never vegan.

The room is very comfortable, clean and even though it is on the ground floor, it maintains privacy. The leisure area is beautiful with a good swimming pool. The breakfast is simply wonderful. The entire team is very helpful and kind.

The best experience we had in a long time! The room was really spacious and very clean with brand new furniture and decorations. They serve a delicious 3 course breakfast every morning (something I have never seen before in Brazil) and an afternoon meal with teas, coffee and desserts. The pool area is very pleasant, it was very refreshing to swim after spending the day at the Jericoacoara dunes. The owners and the staff were super friendly and made sure that our stay was perfect. We stayed there for a week but wish that it was for the entire month!

Nothing, everything was what you would expect, smooth operations.

Like many people I was skeptical about the 5 star rating on google and booking. It is very very rare, and you would at least get some complaints on expensive pricing etc. In summary 5 stars. The value you get for what you pay is more than reasonable, it is a small boutique style hotel/pousada but it operates at 5/6 star hotel quality on details and service. Breakfast, bathroom details, aircon, fan, windows, building and furniture quality, ambience music, calm staff, amazing breakfast, very reliable. The owner Villi and Lillian put there hearts into building and managing this accommodation. Highly recommend, would come back and wish them all the success. They found a niche and did everything better than their competitors in the market.

I have travelled around the world and this boutique hotel simply has the best hospitality I have ever experienced. Lillian and her husband greet guests in the morning while you have freshly made-to-order breakfast from the kitchen staff. The breakfast is exceptional. There are enough options to keep things interesting and the portions are generous. They even have afternoon tea, which is delightful after a long day of activities in the area. The front desk is always available in person or via WhatsApp to help book tours or recommend places to go. They accommodated my very late check in and even booked a tour for me the next morning. I very much look forward to coming back! Thank you to the whole Villa Nautica team.
