Rude manager. Nothing really works properly at this hotel and the food was just ok. They gave me a room with a broken lock and didn’t want to relocate me to a different room. Had to spend a night in a room I payed for with a broken lock. Was up all night sitting on a chair by the door because I was worried for my child.Toilet keep overflowing and no one comes to fix it until hours later then tell me something is wrong with there sewer.balcony door wouldn’t lock and was told all staff is busy and they will get to it when they can. As you can see in my pictures I had to put a sheet to hold the balcony door my first night there. Second day there maintenance finally came to fix door in those pic and the toilet overflowed

The staff were rude and didn’t wanna help our situation. We arrived there and explained how our luggages were lost and that we only made our reservation online and I have all the necessary information asked but they staff ( manager) didn’t wanna accommodate us , even though we were coming from far . Long story short .. we had a bad experience and that’s why we decided to book with another ressort .

The Coral Atlantis DID NOT HONOR the booking.com rate that I received with my initial booking. I was OVERHARGED $3000 for my 5 night stay. I reached out to booking.com to assist with this matter and they received a disappointing "Sorry, we can't help you. You need to reach Atlantis Quality Assurance." I appreciate booking.com for trying to intervene on my behalf. It has been more than 5 business days since I reached out to Atlantis Quality Assurance Team and I have yet to receive a response.

The Coral had a really nice pool setup with poolside bar. The Coral is also located right next to shops and restaurants, so you really didn't have to leave the resort. Atlantis itself offered many activities that are located not only at the Coral, but at the other hotels on the Atlantis property.

This property needs major updates and renovations. Extremely disappointed to see that it hasn’t been kept up and doesn’t appear any renovations have been made since the last time I was there 20 years ago.

cold showers, yellow water came out from the sink and the front desk guy didn’t care a bit. food overpriced. limited pool hours, not many places to eat, rude staff, mean and uncaring attitude from staff, they never say thank you, forced tips especially when undeserved, staff was terrible, worse I’ve ever seen, but u don’t need my money, you’ll be fine. photos of the yellow are available upon request.

The Coral is old so it has some outdated looks and smells to it. The doors easily sticks so it was hard to get them open even with the key. I would have to push or slam the door to get it to open or close.

I loved my view of the ray fish! I could just step out on my balcony, look down and have a beautiful view of the fishes swimming down below!

Everything is so overpriced.

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were not included in my stay but the restaurants' offerings were very good. I did not like that gratuity was already added to each bill as every item there is twice the price.

The elevators sometimes were non functional. The ocean view room could have been better, what you get is a basic room with a king bed and a small tub with the tap not dispensing water properly. What made up for this was just the view from the room

The properties had all amenities required to have a comfortable stay without stepping out of its premises. Loved the cleanliness and staff friendliness.
