Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United StatesSince the property is vast and extensive it is hard to navigate all the amenities and locate specific areas of interests. You find yourself wondering. Needless to say, some of the staff is less than courteous and often rude. Service at the bars, noodle restaurant, and housekeeping need improvement! Hostess at noodle house moved our group of 9 to the bottom of the list because we inquired about her seating other large groups after us who did not have reservations. Bar staff has no method to serving walk up customers and randomly pick who they serve. Our group had 5 rooms and most days did not receive housekeeping during our 4 night stay.
Property has lots of pools, space, lounge chairs, cabanas and is well designed, amazing! Water Park is extraordinary! Best I have seen in a long time.

CanadaThe prices and food avaibility are ridiculous.... almost no location offers anything for a dinner to come under 100 USD. Also, there isn't any local food offered, it's weird as we expect to taste the bahamas also, not some upscale italian or french. There should be more medium range available, as not all guest are wanting to spend all of their money on food. Not only the food, but all items at this facility are over priced. Even basic need items !
Food was overall of quality. Location is very nice, many things are available on site, and moving around is very convenient as taxis are always available. Pools, beach, cocktails etc ... all is very nice and enjoyable. What a way to relax !

United StatesFood is expensive and adding the 25% fees on top made meals expensive, plus if you give a little tip for servers. Bottles of water were over $12.00.
We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed with 2 teenagers. The rooms were comfortable. The pools and beach were so nice. The staff was friendly everyplace we went. We weren't prepared to pay about 25% fees on top of everything you purchased. It would of been nice to have things to do at night with the kids. We played mini golf and Bocce Ball but you really only want to do that once. Other than that it was a wonderful vacation. Location was great also.

United StatesVery expensive to dine. You had to tip to get anything done. I waited three hours and no one ever called to say the room was ready. My sons finger was crushed in a door bd we had to go to the hospital. It cost me $1000. They called and followed up but did nothing but send him a plate of fruit.
it was beautiful and had a lot of options, beach, pool, water park. Food was good. Grounds were nice.

United Statesslots were horrible. no pay out. food and drinks were very expensive. paid $ 50 for med pizza and mozzarella sticks. $4.50 for a small glass of tea with NO refill. cocktails were at the minimum $18. The resort was similar to a Las Vegas hotel. Very large. quite a walk to everything. it would be very nice to have golf cart transport to the beach and water park
the property had everything one would need on a one stop vacation. variety of restaurants, water park, variety of pools, clean, immaculate gardens and beautiful foliage and a casino.

PolandHorrible expensive. Staff in the reception and cleaners unpleasant as if working as a punishment. And I have a problem with the hotel. They didn't take into account the charge of my credit card from April and I'm not sure but I think that I paid too much about 400$ for my stay. I have written to the hotel to explain that but the hotel hasn't answered me until today. I have contacted with booking.com in tis case but I'm still waiting....
The hotel looks like those in Las Vegas but on the beach. This is huge complex of 2 or 3 hotels with aquapark. Long beach, plenty of walking space, very clean. The hotel is huge and rather luxury with giant casino. There are many very good restaurants in it. But prices are horribly high. You need to spend about 600$ everyday for 2 people (breakfast, lunch, dinner plus a few drinks-lunch with 2 beers-200$, dinner twice as expensive). Several pools, one of them is by the pool with sharks, mantas and a lot of fish. Beautiful garden with flamingos. Very comfortable place. Very nice and helpful staff in "activities corner". Very nice staff in restaurants. Reservations for dinners necessary, best one day before. Another way you can stay without dinner. The rooms are very big and comfortable.

United Kingdomwe arrived quite late (9pm) and we’re surprised in such a large hotel the limited places available to get food. We went to the pizza lab and 6 of us got seated but could only eat pizza - rest of menu was unavailable. 2 of our party arrived just after 10pm and were refused entry dispute the official opening times being until 10.30pm. There could be more maps around the place identifying where you are and showing how to get else where.
beautiful location housekeeping was excellent very safe in water park as a lot of lifeguards all staff were very helpful and engaging. gardens were beautiful and very well kept

United StatesOh where to begin I brought my 22YR daughter here after her graduation from nursing school we both have worked in health care during the pandemic so I was looking for a relaxing safe place the Grand Hyatt is beautiful I knew the cost of food and drinks would be high but it was kind of ridiculous with the gratuity and resort fee on everything I was treating her so it was what is was but after a while it is kind of nuts to pay 25 for 2 corona cans but you dont want to look like you dont belong there bringing your beer to the beach although some people did and it seemed fine A bit confusing to navigate the resort initially but it was fun to wander around there are limitations to where you can go if you stay at the main Grand Hyatt which was fine and makes sense if your paying a higher rare for SLS but its kind of horrible to be told you cant sit in certain spots around the pool so just avoid SLS pool there are 3 other great pool options and the beach is great People left their towels on chairs everywhere so hard to know when its cool to just take a spot over signs says 45min but it seemed the only thing resort staff monitored was keeping regular guests out of VIP spots Confusing information about dining variable hours hard to make reservations at some places again way overpriced but I understood that was the way it was going to be so just be ready some staff basically ignore you I didnt really care we were very relaxed and having fun but I can see when you are overpaying for everything how it is strange to be treated that way I live in Boston and I am used to city life and service Limited late night options the Pig stays open until 2a cigar bar 1a casino bar 2a sky bar Check in is a nightmare there should be more help at front desk if you arrive early you are just left to wander around and wait it would have been great if front desk staff told you were to go some bars and restaurants wont serve you until you get a wrist band and are checked into your room
The property is beautiful beaches and pools well maintained
