We had problems with NO hot water in our villa. Even when they think they fixed it we still had problems. They have been made aware.

It's not what I did not like...it's what I think, would compliment the room. A toaster oven to me is mandatory in the room. The wooden walkway to my room from the main walk way is aging and needs to have a quick update to avoid splinters and pop up nails.

The location is perfect...pretty well smack right in the middle of the island. The front office staff, maintenance staff and cleaning staff were extremely accommodating and an enjoy to talk with. Splash's bar food is fantastic. Huge kudos to the chef, as everything on the breakfast, lunch and dinner menu was yummy and had huge portions. They should hold on to her with a raise. The Splash's Bar staff was excellent...however there are a few waitresses that need a smile course. Loved the kayaking and view of the ocean on the beach. Swimming pool was perfect and the right size for the resort. Jolly beach is also a hop, skip and a jump away is amazing to have a few beers or more. Perfect place for families also. The Grit TV (western)channel was nice to watch in the evenings. Need that channel here in Canada.

The food in the restaurant is poor quality, menu is boring and overpriced. Staff are not very attentive, especially a younger lady who walked around in a daze!

The Kitchenette could've been a little bigger, coffee and sugar could've been provided to make a cup of coffee to start the day. Also a garbage could've been placed in there for convenience.

The location was in close proximity to the Anglican Church in George Town and easy to get to and from the other Settlements, and the Fish Fry.

The only place to eat was Splash. The food was okay, but the prices were extremely high. For a family of 4, every meal was $100-$200. Staff was nice, but no one was in a hurry, and only a few went out of their way to accommodate.

Updated interior was very comfortable; free WiFi and modern furnishings. Beautiful view of the beach.

Lunch and dinner food was very slow. We waited an hour for a plain hamburger to go on an evening where there were very few other people in the restaurant so don't leave it until you are very hungry to order.

plenty of watersports equipment to use. some good places to rest when we had an 8 hour wait until check in time at 4pm, a close easy walk to a selection of fish fry restaurants. breakfast service was friendly and efficient. they had a band in the restaurant one night which was really nice

The voucher for breakfast could not be arranged on the spot but apparently had to be arranged before hand, however this was not mentioned in booking.com I had to switch rooms during my stay and 4:00 pm as check in time is uncomfortable (too late).

There was a water main break and there was water to the suites in the hill from 5:30 am to 6 pm making taking evening showers non existent so I swam on the pool each evening. hair dryers were not provided.

Complementary shuttle into Georgetown, water ferry and water sports with returns. It’s a lovely location with clean pool, towels and great views.

I’m guessing we got what we laid for, but our room was not in a great position (garden view?). Would have happily paid more for sea front. It also felt very expensive that we were offered a late checkout BUT at $27 an hour!

We didn’t know the water was shut off at night. We had to get to airport early. Could not shower, brush our teeth & had problems with toilets, could not flush!

There was a lot of garbage around the beach area. This made me sad especially being so close to water and sea animals getting caught in it.

We loved the location, walking distance to the Fish fry area. The beach access was perfect right outside of our room. The restaurant on site, Splash was delicious. Definitely recommend the Mahi fish tacos.

We had one really rude server otherwise everyone was great. Cindy and Alerlene made sure we had transportation! They were exceptional hosts
