The breakfast was good. I had sausage the first day and bacon the 2nd day. The bacon was really fatty. Lean slices would be nice, as well as plant -based options

The hotel was a bit dated but still clean The staff were not pleasant (big shout out to trainee Miguel who seemed genuinely happy to help)

The location for this hotel was excellent with easy access to beach and the Marina village. The ferry to downtown is also close by and well worth trying. I had only a couple days so did no tours. The pool was nice (just outside my room) The breakfast is basic but has a decent hot coffee to get you started off and some fresh fruit. The ability to use Atlantis facilities makes this hotel excellent value for money. The saving is unbelievable

The staff is not nice and let us wait for quite a long time when we were checking in.. A colored woman keep talking on the phone and seems never hang up.. the attitude is not right either and terrible. The staff made us uncomfortable . this is very bad for business. we dont think we would choose this hotel again or recommend other people for it.

Some members of the staff are not as welcoming as others.Vanessa at the reception clearly did not deliver same level of customer service as other staff members. The fees could be more shown/clear/open to guest at the time of the reservation beacuse they are a lot, almost double the price in the app (booking) and may not seem very clear.

Great location. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok and free which saves a lot of money. Hotel was a bit dated but clean. Bed was slightly lumpy. I liked the bar and pool. Getting to use all the Atlantis amenities for free was awesome

Coffee awful. Breakfasts sub par. No maps available. And it was a pain having to go half way through Atlantis to get our daily wrist band, should be available at comfort suites.

Staff friendly. Location was perfect. Bed comfortably. Room nice size. Good value for the buck. Free bottle of water everyday. Computer and printer available. Complementary drinks for our anniversary.

The food was "meh". The staff were a mix of happy and helpful and deadpan and haughty. My room was a long way from the front door, and I had to walk it ALL THE WAY IN AND OUT at least twice a day. I definitely got my daily 10,000 steps and then some. The hotel is general quite, but the AC in my room made up for it. Paradise Island is a very small island across a bridge from Nassau. So It seemed odd that there was no view of the ocean from the hotel.

The room was clean, but little things were wrong, like the fan switch with no knob. If you managed to turn it on, you couldn't turn it off. The gardens and pool were lovely. The access to the Atlantis properties was nice.

I didn’t like the elevators being so far from the lobby. My suitcases did not roll easy on the carpet. The hotel room had stains on the couch and sheets but the bed was comfortable. It also smelled musty in the rooms.

Property was close to quite a bit which made it easier to get around.
