I didn’t receive the codes for getting onto the property and into the room until a day later. It took some time to get someone to help. The room was very basic and the bed not comfortable but it was ok if you wanted a no frills place to stay.

The property was centrally located and a good value.

I really didn’t like the cleaner men. He is impolite, speak always rudely and is not helpful. He became friendly with guests only when they want to take an excursion because he had a commission !

I really enjoy my room and my roommates. The kitchen have a lot of stuff it’s great ! The accommodation is really pretty. The shower is okay (just when both are used the debit is bad).

Unfortunately the water was having some troubles which was a little inconvenient but management was doing everything they could to ensure it was fixed quickly

the rules prohibit noise after a certain time. In reality there was still very loud talking and laughing until 3 am by some people who had had some drinks. l had a single room but still not a good sleep.

Nice location. 10 minutes walking from centrum and beach. For the Bahamas the price was good.

Bathroom was not exactly clean. We had to remove our shoes before entering but the floor did not look like it. Electricity went off in half of the property for a whole day. The area did not exactly feel safe.

Cheap option for an accommodation in Nassau. Nice porch that you can sit on. We appreciated the self-check in

-> I didn’t feel safe in some of the areas close to the hostel. There is oftentimes no pavement and whenever you walk, cars stop by and offer to be your taxi -> We found a cockroach in our room…

The beds don’t have curtains and there is just the regular light/lamp in the room. Small lamps for the beds would be nice.

I would definitely recommend to stay there. It’s basic and a good price for the bahamas. You’ll find everything you need at the hostel. O‘Neil was very kind and overall I had a good experience! It’s a 20 min walk to downtown, but the area is nice and I was walking around alone during daytime as well. At night I’d recommend a taxi back to the hostel. It’s a quiet neighborhood and I really liked it there, I felt safe all the time. Thank you for everything, I’d definitely come back!

The hostel worker is sweet but he's a bit of a stress head/clean freak. Every time I went to cook breakfast he found some way to hover directly out the front of the kitchen watching what I was doing. He even told me how to clean the kitchen and stove before I had even started cooking. My partner and I are 28 & 36 and we can clean a kitchen. We had also paid him for airport transfers. He rocked up an hour late to collect us from the airport. On drop off day he didn't rock up so we called him and he was still in bed. We were only late 20 minutes but still.

Very clean, really close and easy to walk to town. Not a party hostel, respectable place. There are coded locks on the front gate, front door and your room door so it feels very secure. There is even a little scent diffuser in the rooms so it always smells nice.

We found the staff to be a bit rude. They began by assuming the worst, and then warmed up and became friendly once they realized we were decent people… not the end of the world but not a great experience either. FYI - Showers were very very low pressure.

Decent beds & common areas. Super cute patio area. Easy to use lock systems with codes for all doors. Air-con & ceiling fan, depending on needs was great! 30 minute walk to Atlantis theme park & to docks where a lot of tours go from. Supermarket not too far (10 min walk) and some local bars around. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. 30 minute walk to Fish Fry St.

I got to meet plenty of people going on blackbeards cruise the day before birding on the boat!
