Overall standard of restaurants is disappointing. Many are pitched as being high end, but the quality of the food is average at best. The overall experience in the restaurant simply does not live up to expectation either, All the restaurants seem to want to get you in and out as quick as possible. We ate out every night and on all but one occasion we were done in an hour, which, when you are paying around £100 per head doesn’t feel right. Summary, average, expensive food served in a hurry.

The refurbished rooms were really lovely, completely redecorated with new fixtures and furnishings. The overall location is beautiful and the resort is vast with a huge variety of things to do. We found the water park a little tired and not in the same league as Atlantis Dubai but we loved the pool at the Coral which is much more modern and a relaxed with music and a swim up bar.

All the food was very expensive and not that great. This includes room service, pool side dining, and the Blue Lagoon. The food at the blue lagoon restaurant was almost inedible and the service was terrible. The photos were also outrageously expensive as well.

All the aqua adventures were great! The grounds were beautifully maintained. The Staff was very polite and friendly.

Focus to detail leaves much to be desired. Internet service is very poor throughout the property. The lack of internet signal also effects the the TV service in the room which is extremely poor, leaving you very frustrated!! The pricing for everything on the property is extremely exuberant.

the only terrible service was from the Mandara spa facility the receptionist was very unwilling and unpleasant to help me at the front desk. i asked one question and he was very frustrated and unhelpful in answering my questions on availabilities. i didn’t feel welcomed at all, so I walked out and never came back.

cleanliness is key for me and it was amazing. plenty of towels, seating areas, sun beds. access to everywhere. Entertainment was also top notch! high security was on board. fantastic!

Way too expensive. You must buy all food in the hotel at extremely high prices. Every expense is with 15% service fee and 10% VAT. High end activities are priced at very very high price. Swimming with dolphins will cost a family over $1,000.

A lot to do with kids. Great beaches, food variety. Casino is good.

Upon check-in, i was informed that my balance would be more than $2,800 on top of the $2,100 I had already deposited through Booking.com. Something is wrong with the booking process. I thought my cost for the 4 nights stay was the $2,100. Instead it was over $5,000. Very disappointed.

The service in the restaurants is very lack lustre, had some great waitresses but much of the service was below standard, did advise and was taken onboard.

The resort is huge, amazing water rides. Best gym I’ve seen in a hotel. loads of things to do, explore, several quiet beaches. The marine life and the huge aquarium is next level.
