The rooms could have been a little mor modern

On the side that I stayed, looking out the window you see some property then you see and abandoned lot. The building is a little older, somewhat low ceilings, well you feel that the ceiling is very close. The elevator also makes some weird noises

It was nice being at a smaller resort. The food was great and facilities were well kept. It was fun being near the marina watching all the yachts come In.

The speciality restaurant of Edgewater was very disappointing. We waited an hour for the main course which was only mediocre. The bicycles for the bike tour really need some upkeep, and maybe the stops should be reviewed on the tour.

The pool and the fresh food (salads and prepared items) were excellent. Kriston (reception) and Vladimir (Verandah restaurant) and Ricardo (by the front door) really stood out as amazing staff members.

Conditions of furniture and cleanliness of the room. The lamp was visibly broken and there was toothpaste residue from the previous guest. The tub was also very outdated. Check in also took a while and the room was not ready until a little after 4pm.

Variety of food was good, bartenders and servers were friendly. We enjoyed the area around the pool and the sun deck. The entertainment and shows were really good.

The room was probably the least impressive part of the experience. The room overall was unimpressive for a 4 star hotel, paint chipping in spots, the bathroom door coming apart at the bottom, the rattan furniture paint also chipping. We had to wait over 2 hours for towels to be delivered along with robes (only for balcony guests ???) and there were no glasses or ice bucket in the room. We expected better.

The food and beverage offerings and service made up for the deficiencies in the initial greeting and the room. The food was excellent at the Edgewater and Italian restaurant, the breakfasts at the buffet also superb with great choices. The service was friendly and attentive. The outdoor pools and mini-beach with the Hog Bar and snack bar were very nice as well as the boardwalk.

The hotel is located close to the pier, so the beach area does not really have a direct access to the ocean. However, the whole outside (pool+beach) area is great.

The hotel is located close to the entrance of Paradise Island and is also within walking distance from various other beaches. There are three restaurants at the hotel and the buffet options are also quite good. The pool area and bars are also great. The entertainment, both at the pool and at the night, was a fun and great touch.

I didn’t like that we were charge for local calls made from our room. $1.25 per calls that’s too much and they insist on it being paid by credit card only.

Staff was excellent and the service was impeccable! Rico our server at the buffet was very helpful and professional. Denzel the lifeguard on duty went beyond his duties at setting up lounge chairs and umbrella for us. Thank you Warwick our vacation was great!

There’s one restaurant that didn’t convince us at all… Tings. Just didn’t have the right vibe and the food was mediocre at best. Rooms might need a little TLE here and there.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool was great, as well as the outdoor areas. The general restaurant (Veranda) was pretty good!

The main restaurant Veranda was a bit disappointing as the food was mediocre at best. The pool restaurant was also a bit too fast foody and the food often was not even heated entirely.

Great swimming pool and closed beach, a wonderful spa and two great restaurants. The staff was amazing always smiling and helpful. The concierge really did everything she could to have our dream trip happen and we will be eternally grateful!

We didn’t book a balcony room and regretted it with no where to put wet stuff. I would definitely recommend a balcony room. The bathrooms are pretty disappointing but the rest of the facilities make up for this

Staff were incredible, very helpful and friendly throughout. Outside hot tub is fab and lovely when the sun is going down to watch sunset. Food options were fantastic with lots of variety.

No options for halal meals. Not very environmentally friendly as drinks are coffee were served in plastic, single use cups. I found the lobby a bit loud.
