We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Nice breakfast spread - really liked the coffee too. The room is very spacious, and has a room heater. Facilities and amenities were very good. Location is also walking distance from the main Thimpu area.

India1) Overpriced for the facilities they provide. For a 3 star, they don't even have a fan/ac/refrigerator in the room. 2) with no ventilation, one is forced to open the large unsafe windows which open on noisy streets. 3) Management seems to be pretty stingy in providing soaps and toiletries. For a twin bedroom, they provide just one small piece of soap, one shower cap and so on 4) Staff is pretty much lackadaisical in providing service 5) when we reached the hotel, there was no water in the taps!!
