“The location was wonderful, the view out over the river amazing. Incredible diversity of birdlife and crocodiles. Breakfast served on the deck overlooking everything was great. Same with all the other food we tried there, especially the beef tacos. I would definitely recommend the boat cruise, knowledgeable crew as well. My whole family had a wonderful time, and my youngest children didn't want to leave. All the staff were helpful and full of smiles, and our host, Mike, has written some interesting books about Croc Pools (I didn't know about the Battle of Croc Pools during the Boer War), Botswana and Diamonds. I have already decided to book there for the weekend of my birthday this year.”
