Very limited dinner options and I was not allowed to have a glass of red wine - had to buy a bottle. I was bitten by, presumably bedbugs, during the night of my stay, which was very uncomfortable for a couple of days afterwards. The ladies in the hotel - where we had breakfast - were not friendly at all. Not good for any business.

A very comfortable unit overlooking the valley with lions and jackal sounding in the background. The lions were in an enclosed area.

The staff in the standalone restaurant were not that helpful. The response time and the attitude was not reciprocating of other staff of the same place.

Courteous and helpful staff and location were a delight. The facilities inside the place were just good too! Also, a special mention to the game drive and the driver.

The shower was flooding so wasn't hygienic at all. I was under the impression that the place was 2.7km from lobatse. Only to realize it was infact 9km from the tarred road, maybe correct that from the website

The kitchen staff could be more efficient. Communication between kitchen and waiter was sloppy.

Breakfast was good but had to drive 1.5 km to breakfast room. This wasn’t fully explained at reception. Dinner was very slow and on one occasion was served cold. The kitchen service needs serious improvement.

When we arrived which was around 3 pm , they were still cleaning the rooms ,so we didnt get to check in right away but had to wait in the car which was not great , but after that things were good. The shower drainage is not the best , the water collects which makes the showering experience not so great.

I liked the views from the room it was great. There are a lot fun activities for kids.

The waitresses and waiters all said they were interns and constantly were not sure of so many things even the menu. On Christmas day we literally had to clean up after another patron a table we were allocated.

We wanted to do horse riding but the horses were not to be seen....

The Indian Chef Raj and his food were the best experience at the Lodge. Excellent food and positive attitude and demeanor. The breakfast was continental and the staff showed a high level of professionalism . The concept of agro tourism of the lodge and the game drive rangers Dallas were also much appreciated

Dinner time could be extended to 10pm. Currently the restaurant closes at 830pm and that limited the time to enjoy the scrumptious meals in the evening 😊

The reception staff service is bad.....They lack good communication skills..... Had paid a room for 2 inclusive of breakfast for 2....to my surprise the daily room supplies were for one person.....like only 1 bottle of water will be served....complained to no avail

Lion viewing is disappointing. There's only 2 lions, we could see one lion for few seconds and it disappeared.

The ziplining and quad bikes are best. The staff was perfect and very helpful.

The food was consistently terrible. The staff hardly got our orders correct. Maintenance took too long to attend faults in the room.

The location is perfect. We enjoyed the zip lining and the masseuse gave us an amazing service.
