We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaI had booked 2 rooms for 4 people, but each room had 1 bath towel and 1 bathrobe. The hotel is undergoing renovations and the swimming pool was also undergoing maintenance.
The staff was very friendly and allowed us early check in. We did not have to request it , but was arranged as soon as we arrived. The food was great.

Switzerland- Some of the doors for twin room booking, especially the balcony doors seemed damaged (wood broken by the lock) and the lamps/lights without lightbulbs in the room.

Our traditional food cuisine which was prepared as lunch in one of the days. I also love the buffet breakfast, it has all sorts including dry fruits. My departure flight was in the late afternoon and I was given extended stay without a cost....which I didn't expect. That was sweet....customer care at it's best

South AfricaThere were signs that the overall maintenance was not up to scratch. Many DB boards in the grounds were open and some doors completely off. Same with bathroom plumbing and room main door locks- needs maintenance and attention to detail. Restaurant service very slow in the evening.

CanadaPool was dirty, and there appeared a reluctance to clean it in he late afternoon. The pool should be clean for guests arriving in the late afternoon. Also lots of garbage and boxes lying around the one pool. And when we asked for pool towels, we were told to use the ones in our bathroom. Swimming towels should be available to registered guest. We should not have to us the bathroom towel.
Beautiful trees and garden. Clean comfortable rondavel. Good breakfast.
