Bathroom shower leaked all over the floor, partying in another room

There was a large tour group checking in before us. We were asked to come back later. When we returned 1 hour later we still could not check in as there was only one person handling check-ins and they were still busy with the large tour group.

Some of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was nice.

The rooms are very ring-shaped, aggravated by passage doors. You could hear every noise in the neighbouring room. The rooms were also very worn, but just acceptable. Having been in operation for another two years, the rooms by the river are in need of renovation. However, the hotel has already started to renovate the hotel wing, but we did not see these rooms.

The location in the village is excellent, in the centre of Maun. - The older lady who worked at the bar and in the restaurant was extremely sweet and turned out to be the perfect guest carer. She has worked hard, there for many years and deserves special praise. Unfortunately, we didn't write her name down. - There was a psychopath next to our room who was constantly crying and ranting. The hotel manager helped us to spend the night more quietly. The man was moved to a secluded room at night. - Book a room without a connecting door. - Avoid the travel agency in the hotel, the lady there spoke no English and the documents are not excellent. If you want to travel individually, call Mr Face, +267 73 124 198, who is also well known in the hotel and speaks very well in English.

Breakfast wasn't great, the rooms are in need of an update (particularly the bathrooms) and the staff weren't as friendly as they are in other places we've stayed in Botswana

Great location close to airport with free shuttle. Good food and friendly staff. It was my birthday on morning of departure and I had forgotten! But the reception staff wished me happy birthday and presented me with a gift of a bottle of wine!

The room was too squeezed leaving very tiny space around the bed. I could move around the room freely. May be set up of the room or size of furniture can be relooked at.

The shuttle had already left for the hotel when our plane arrived at Maun airport however one of the nearby hotels happily gave us a lift in their shuttle. They seem to help one another out which was appreciated.

A comfortable hotel very close to the airport. A free airport shuttle is available and we used this to travel to the airport. Very nice grounds with outdoor bar and friendly, casual atmosphere. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and chose the buffet which was very good value. Breakfast had many options and was included in our package. Staff very friendly. We would recommend this hotel.

No hair dryer in room 29. The Hotel paths are not for rolling suitcases. Water saving shower in the room. You hardly get clean.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Its safe. Guards at the entrance. Nice pool bar. Dinner a la card. We were lucky. The first evening was buffet. Ant mosquito repellent in the rooms. Rooms clean. Beds very comfortable. Opposite the reception is 'Africa Excursions' with Dimpho. She has wonderful tours to offer. We took game drive, boat tour and scenic flight.

The location is ideal for the airport and it's great to have the shuttle bus to collect you and bring you back to the airport. Our evening meal was very good and very reasonabe. A good choice for breakfast.

Service was very slow for our meal in the evening. Wehad a seven year old who wanted to go the bed.

There was a water kettle in the room that was not very well maintained (could see that it was dirty at the bottom). There was also no drainage outlets in the bathrooms, which would cause water to pool in outisde the shower area...

Breakfast was great, the sausages were tasty and juicy and the omelette was very delicious. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming.

There wasn’t much to do around the property in the way of entertainment. When I went into the street men would shout at me which made me uncomfortable.

The staff couldn’t do enough to help me and make me comfortable. It was very clean and my room was lovely!

The ambiance of the dining area needs attention. It was too stark. It did not have a welcoming feeling.

The supper was outstanding. The quality of the food was excellent. The breakfast was reasonable.
