Their service at the restaurant was very slow, they can do better. Their standard rooms are also very small, and the bathroom space is so restrictive.

The spectacular view of the Notwane River and the distant hills from the Bushman restaurant terrace were so soothing and therapeutic. The rooms looked very clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower felt like you were bathing under a splashing waterfall.

The staff just put the mattress on the ground for the kid and did not prepare it well , other than that it was an excellent night. The only other bad thing was the weather since it is too hot we didn't get a chance to really enjoy the places activity like boot cruises etc as the water levels where too low..

It was amazing. Food was Tops. Owner was super friendly. He gave us a Lift to our Car in Polokwane because I Key was broken. Cocktails were yummy. The Bed was super comfy. Would have loved the full DSTV Bouquet :) All in All Tops.

Excellent location on Crocodile Pools. Lovely evening boat cruise with plenty of bird life. The place is also seeped with history, being the site of one of the standoffs in the Anglo-Boer war. Excellent hosts.

Chalets were comfortable and beautifully decorated. A bit small if you need to work. However, Mike kindly let me use their meeting room so I could spread myself out.

The setting is fantastic with a large deck overlooking the water. A bird-watcher's paradise with a large variety of water birds visible at close range, particularly at sunrise. The boat trip was excelent, again with very good bird sightings. Meals were good, and generous too. I enjoyed chatting to Dudu and Mike, who were both very welcoming. Mike has written some beautifully illustrated books both on diamonds in Botswana and on Borswana wildlife.

The breakfast was just fine, there wasn't much choice. The location was just perfect, it is within a 30 minutes drive from the city and child friendly as well.

Food was horrible, absolutely disgusting. I ordered meat platters and French fries and salad for 22 adults 250 pula per person and burgers and fries for 5 children at 125 pula per child, I was very specific with what I wanted and paid everything for brothers birthday party and they were given wrong orders completely, a plate of overcooked pasta, beetroot salad and coleslaw with pieces of dry meat, no burgers for children, I called the owner to correct my order he was not willing to listen to my complain and instead told me that my family were 2 hours late and he does not complain? I have asked him is it the reason he is giving them wrong orders he failed to answer and walked away which was rude. Winnie one of his employees was very helpful and tried her best to sort out the mess but was not listened to. A Very poor service I can say.

The pictures and attractions displayed by the property in booking.com were not real. There were no animal parks, river was dry, no crocodile view, no river boat cruise. I was disappointed to know that only when I arrived at the property and I asked the reception about the activities we can do in the property and they said there are no activities available as the river is dry and there are no animals.

The fact that I didn’t see the crocodiles but it was understandable why.

I liked specifically the location of the property. It is well situated, not too far yet not too close to Gaborone. It is very easy to connect with activities nearby. The boat cruise by far was the most thing I enjoyed in the whole Botswana. The owner Mike is such an incredible person. Very nurturing and welcoming. He catered to our every need and we felt like family.
