they have an ant problem, to the point where the tile floors in our room were undermined, loose, and crumbling.

we found this at the last minute after the place we had booked was a bust (we couldn't find it). fortunately, this place was responsive (after 8PM), and so we had a place to stay. it wasn't stellar, but it was clean where it needed to be (bedsheets, toilet) and was fine for one night... but I probably wouldn't go back.

There was no swimming pool and not using the card payment it's an inconvinience to go withdraw money not having a choice.

The staff are rude. They do not know customer care. They change often and the new ones would not even bother to introduce themselves, you end up not knowing whether one is a client or not. The reception desk was empty in the evening and morning for my entire stay, making it difficult to know from whom and where can you ask for help. When I highlighted this to them on my check out day, I was told "You were not a pleasant guest either, just get your staff and go." This was so surprising to me because I was only in the guest house for my sleep at night and would leave in the morning, and there will be no one by the reception. Every morning when I leave, I would lock my room and leave the key on top of the reception desk, whenever I come in the evening I find the room open at all times. When I asked I was told no one can steal, irrespective, this made me so uncomfortable

Owner should install intercom at the gate. When welcoming visitors, there should be someone to show visitors around the room, explain what is available and what is not. We were not offered internet Wifi connection.

It is located in a quiet residential area. The room setup was what I was looking for. The property is clean and well kept.

When i arrived,,the guesthouse claimed to have not received my booking yet it was confirmed on Booking.com, The owner lied that he was just an employee. I was made to sleep in small,very hot storeroom,with no bathroom: had to pee outside in the middleof the night,, had to make way for 3 men who had not booked..the kitchen was very filthy with hundreds of baby cockroaches running about,a big one was dead on its back.the dishcloths were so dirty like floor mops

Messy builders rubble all over, no coffee making facility, TV did not work, no bedside lamps, no towels, no hand wash soap in bathroom. Noise from TV in adjacent room on throughout the night.

The bathtub is big unnecessary and not user friendly. Toilet is squeezed in. There was power cut every night which was a huge inconvinient, the glass door did not have a curtain allowing too much light directly into the room very early in the morning. Adjuscent rooms were too noisy very early in the morning.

One of the rooms we booked was supposed to have twin beds but it did not. Also we were not aware we would have to use a shared bathroom with other guests, which was not so pleasant.

We arrived quite late at night due to unexpected delays but the staff was accommodating and received us even that late.
