The host was amazing. She went above and beyond to meet all my expectations. This is by far the best treatment I have received as a guest. All the activities were organised by the host well at very reasonable rates. I was even given a bigger room after the host heard my mother would also be coming with me. I would highly recommend this guest house.

The location was within the city suburbs, however it is an African suburb. Was a fun night to experience living in the heart of Africa so you get your typical rooster crowing and baby crying, but the room was great! Clean, coffee was available, the bed slept like a dream and the kitchen facilities made for great conversation. Recommend for the adventurous heart!

Awesome privately owned guesthouses with a very nice garden where you can relax. Tho hosts are very friendly and can organize shuttles to the Okavango Delta or Vic Falls.

The garden needs attentions and a lawn would definitely make the place a "wow place". I also think the basin outsde the bathroom could be place inside as there is a lot space inside the bathroom.

It is a nice and quiet place to stay. The room is very beautiful and it exceeded my expectations. The host is an exceptional lady who loves people. I als used the kitchen to prepare for my breakfast. I really recommend the place.

Lovely well equipped room, beautiful gardens. Enjoyed sitting in one of the many garden seats. We'll equipped shared kitchen. We had to adjust our booking and Irene was very accommodating.

We had a beautiful time here. The room we slept in was amazing. The best mattress I've had in awhile, great shower, airco, tv, s lovely garden, coffee and tea readily available on top of your own fridge, and the breakfast was great too! You can also use the guest kitchen if you want! Irene gave us a warm welcome and was super helpful and answered all the questions we had and gave us some great tips! 5/5 loved the place!

We loved our stay at Nxabii Cottages. Irene, the host was most friendly. She organised game drives, a boat cruise and a visit at the crocodile farm. We got a lovely breakfast that could compete with a 5*-hotel. Stan lifted us to the restaurants in the evening for dinner. The accomodation was perfectly clean. In our rooms the shower was very spacious and after an early morning game drive very relaxing. We loved every minute of our stay.

This place is exceptional. It has everything we can desire and the staff are amazing and very helpful. We can say that we found a piece of paradise! So beautiful! Also we are so grateful for the hospitality and kindness of the owner!

Everyone, from top to bottom, was seriously service oriented. We had 2 meals at another lodge which was 10 times the price and our waitress there was not as disciplined to serve us as the staff were at Nxabii. Not only did Nxabii staff get you what you wanted but they also wanted to know if you were satisfied. The cottage was built with beauty in mind, very artistic and creatively designed, solid structure with a nicely tiled floor, a mix of bamboo, reed and burlap decor throughout, good plumbing, lovely & spacious shower; a long hand hewn table to lay out all your stuff, good security and leak proof during rain. We saw no bugs or mosquitos in the room. Cottages had their own sort of veranda where you could sit with your coffee, as well as there being a larger gathering place in the shade where several people could sit in peace to enjoy the surroundings. As Kasane and Kazungula are close together, all tourist and shopping areas are within easy reach. Irene is a very knowledgeable, helpful and alert Batswana woman running this well organized accommodation. She can arrange activities for guests before or after arrival. Five stars for effort, value for money and a generous dose of humanity.

I think the host - Irene - is the gem in the tourist business. Her meals she cooked for us were Michlene 3*. She arranged all tours for us we wanted, including Victoria Falls day trip, safari and the boat cruise to be seamless and most enjoyable. She waited for us when we showed up quite late. She managed to create a very enjoyable environment in her cottages. Yes, on the simple side, but very very very nice!
