Plugs in room 2 didn't work using my adapter. Very loud music from a bar next door until late in the night which didn't bother me as I wear earplugs but might bother some.

Really lovely hotel with friendly, accommodating staff. Beautiful pool and restaurant area, great free breakfast with both cooked and continental breakfast options. Rooms are very spacious and modern, very comfortable with outside space to sit and enjoy. Staff were lovely and helped me book taxis into town and helped me out when I got into a pickle with my phone not working.

Tired reception area.

Probably the best 3 star hotel I have ever stayed at. The reception area is a little tired but the pool area and rooms are superb. The staff are also genuinely lovely.

Very close to a noisy pub which closed the doors at 10pm. A strange smell came out of the toilet. The pool was used from the life guards to do their training. The reception needs some flair.

It is a very nice 3 star hotel. The restaurant is very practical and it's nice to sit on a terrasse. But it lost a little bit of bite. The meat quality used to be much better.

The included breakfast was a little disappointing in terms of variety. There was a full breakfast menu however, from which meals could be purchased. Wifi network in my room was next to non-existent.

The rooms are very spacious and airy - which is welcoming in the typical Maun heat - loved that there is an option between a ceiling fan and aircon!. Minimalist and clean. Huge bed. Lovely room set up, which opens up into lush large green gardens - great ambiance!

Ceiling fan in the room was noisy but didn't really need it with the aircon that worked well.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with aircon (very much needed in Maun), good wifi. Large pool for cooling down and relaxing. Lovely atmosphere eating outside on the deck area next to the pool.

Nothing really, there was a fire alarm that was going off early morning but as we were already awake for our game drive it didnt effect us.

The staff were all very friendly and at dinner we had a lovely meal. I had the steak and my dad had the lamb tagine, both delicious and great quality and price for the pound conversion! We realised we had made an error with our second hotel and our overnight Mokoro trip and Mbaya, one of the Sedia staff, helped us get in contact with The Waterfront and organise our 3 day stay to accommodate our overnight Delta camping trip. He also organised us a pack breakfast as we were leaving early the next morning for our day out game drive into Moremi Park. The rooms were lovely and we enjoyed a relaxing swim in the pool. Sedia also allowed us to leave our suitcases with them when we went out to the park. They were also great with the airport pickup which we hadn't originally booked but managed to organise via another transport company at the airport who kindly called Sedia to inform them we wanted a pick up, they were there in 15 mins to pick us up. Would definitely recommend and it is so convenient to have a restaurant at the hotel for dinners, instead of taxis to restaurants. Thank you.

I loved the pool and the grounds. My group was camping but I upgraded to a room and it was the first luxury I felt in a long time. Air con worked well, showers, bathroom, good bed, everything is wonderful!
