Would have liked to have had the option of some lotion, shampoo and soap bars in the rooms. A bit noisy in the mornings so if you want to have a lie in not the place to go.

Breakfast was good, large enough variety if you wanted cereals, fruit or bacon and eggs. Meals were also good the chobe bream and chips is recommended.

Very few electrical sockets within the room, you have to charge your phone outside. The food in the restaurante was not that great.

Location was great. The rooms are nice, and the bathrooms are great.

It’s not ideal for a work trip, the internet is way too low one can’t do research properly, I requested for iron to iron my clothes and I never got it, I went to the nearby hotel to iron since I was running out of time and then when my netting was off I had to buy one for the following day. There is also no fridge or tv at the place, Atleast these ones they communicate well in time.

The place is in the city center, giving you access you the malls and closer to the chobe river. The restaurant staff has very good customer service.

Limited options to the menu, breakfast was limited to 2 eggs, and there was no buffet they prepared the meals per client's request limiting on how much intake one gets. One of the reception ladies wasn't as welcoming and i didn't like how there was no fridge in my room. No clean water was provided. Having to leave for work early before 7am meants skipping all breakfast meals, there were no early breakfast requests. There were no telephone to call reception. I had to go to reception to request for iron and other items. Staff knocked off early and you couldn't get any assistance after 10 by the reception.

The breakfast was good, the restaurant staff was friendly and made us feel home. Very welcoming. I also liked the riverfront view from the campsite area. Rooms where decent size and i loved the shower gel and shampoo despenser. Hot water was always available whenever.

The coffee in our room was not worth the value😀, and the was no USB port to charge and no outlet by the bedside.

In the morning, we were suprised that breakfast only started at 7am - quite late for a safari place, although a packed breakfast was offered. When we arrived at 7am for breakfast, we were served eggs at 0720 and then finally a slice of toast to go with it at 0735 - so the breakfast service could have been quicker and more organised. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

The staff were fantastic, always welcoming and helpful. The rooms were basic, clean, and had just about everything needed for a comfortable night's stay.

The Pool.

Good value for money. Very basic. The staff was very friendly. We could not use the swimming pool. Appear to be out of order. (Dirty) It's a nice place for budget travel.

Peaceful and quiet location. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Very good and plentiful breakfast - tea, coffee, juice; cold cereals, yogurt and fruit; eggs, bacon, mince, beans and toast.

The lodge is located close to the river and with a little bit of maintenance (cutting the bushes and grass a little ) it could have a loverly sunrise/sunset view.... however its very overgrown at the moment.

There were very few guests at the lodge when I was there and it was nice and peaceful. The room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean as well. Dinner in the restaurant was good as well - good value for money. Unfortunately due to the limited number of guests, no game drives were offered.

The room would leak against the walls when it rained. It wasn't big incontinence for me but is something that should be fixed. The wifi signal is very weak in the rooms and I would have preferred it to be more available.

I enjoyed breakfast as the staff was super accommodating to what I preferred to eat. They offer me a packed breakfast with no problems and the food was always good! I enjoyed my experience with them!
