I cant complain. i suggest wrapping of provided utensils for coffee or tea. a standard transparent plastic wrap will do.

Light points and socket points all enough and working in good order. floor area space was spectacular. Galore sitting space with options provided of course. more than enough clothing closet.

Accommodation and Breakfast was average. The quoted price only included breakfast for one and whether it was worth the extra 75BWP is debatable

Secure parking as the property is some distance away from the main roads (A1 & A3) and shopping areas and restaurants. (We made a last minute booking)

-broken bathroom rails. Water spilling over the floor -light in bathroom was not working upon arrival.Requested to the lady receptionist to assess but got help well after -missing belonging after room cleaning not found. -a specific lady receptionist has been constantly asserting rude and false claims against the two guests and their close friends who came to visit their farewell were rudely forced to leave due to some noise in the room from football games on TV. It was a Double room booked for two a two night stay fully paid by the guest but claims of too many people (4) in the room at a certain time. Respectfully we courteously agreed with receptionist that guests will be by the pool and wait to be droppeI. There was a very disappointing and unnecessary conflict between one lady receptionist and the paid guests. Video evidence of the whole conversation of agreement to drop the other friends off but was suddenly ordered my keys to the room and upset the guests and felt the need to tell the security to remove my belongings without my consent. We were obviously confused but very frustrated with her arrogance and poor communication towards us and we clearly told her that we would only leave if I got back my refund or part refund as I paid for the second stay prior. As a guest of foreign origins I was upset by her customer service and treatment towards the other guests as they sat and waited in my vehicle outside the premises and the weather started deteriorating and heavy storm was approaching. Regardless of my request and her inability to respond to my questions I had to video record and ask to speak to the manager ofproperty to resolve this issue in a respectful manner. Non compliant on any proof or name tag details, to our reasonable doubt she said she was the boss. Her rude response upset us so told her consumers and labor will attend to this situation and her actions had to be recorded. She seemed panicked and called police, falsely accusing us of threats.

Bathroom doesn't have a window or extractor, the door between bathroom and bedroom is a closet type with huge gaps at the bottom giving communication between the two rooms. Swimming pool is just so small and not maintained. Bed not so comfortable. External paint not as attractive as in the pictures. Only 1 tv channel worked properly. In a nutshell, it doesn't correspond to the amount paid per night
