We recommended for the hosts to buy and stock a fridge as its a bit of a walk into town.

The host was really useful with good prices and information for tours and how to make border crossings and transports. They also go a sweater back to us when we had left it in a transport.

Not very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Breakfast price is a little too high compared to other hotels.

We had a wonderful time here. Everything you would want, air con, pool, BBQ, WiFi and nice rooms. They were able to arrange trips to Chobe and the river and got us to and from the Zambian border with no hassle at all.

Location was further out than I expected but everything else was really excellent. Everrything was clean and new - such as the bedding and the towels. The young staff were very polite and very helpful and smiled! A very comfortable night. Thank you.

Great location. Close to all the main attractions, as well as the mall and supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was well done. The room was comfortable and very spacious. Use of kitchen and washing machine was available at a fee but very convenient to have that access. It felt more like a home than a hotel and gave a sense of comfort. Huge balcony as well which was enjoyable. I would definitely stay again and recommend

The breakfast was mediocre. Says full English/Irish breakfast. Meets minimum standard and could be improved upon.

The rooms are excellent, and all facilities are great, but located in a less than optimal position in Kasane. Nothing "touristy" within a perceived safe walking distance Good value for money and proprietor was extremely helpful in arranging taxi transport and river cruise.

Modern feel, good location, well equipped kitchen at your disposal, friendly staff, attentive owner, value for money, comfy bed, efficient aircon - such a relief in the scorching weather. There was no water on the first day and they did not have a back up plan. It eventually came in the evening. Maybe consider getting a tank.

The only potential problem was the lack of a restaurant for dinner located within walking distance. Other reviews on here mentioned taking a taxi to/from downtown for that, but I don't know if I would feel comfortable/safe doing that. Luckily we had our own wheels so it was not an issue.

Excellent room, nice big bed and large bathroom, quiet, good Wifi, smooth check-in, nice braai facilities. You can park inside of the property's gated yard so it felt quite safe, although I would not vouch for the area outside of those gates (certainly not at night).

Apart from the comment above, we loved everything.

We made our own breakfast. Sometimes this clashed with the staff who had to prepare breakfast for other guests, also resulting in not enough seats available inside. Fortunately, Kasane's weather is such that outside is usually pleasant. The owner was always on hand and exceptionally helpful with arrangements for our Vic Falls shuttle service, day safari and boat cruise.
