We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BotswanaPlease fix the extension lines, i was trying to call the receptionist but one of the guests always answered. I also tried to call the restaurant but a kind guest answered only to ne told after that the restaurant line is not in operation.
Breakfast was ok, it will be nice to reduce the amount of fat in the food especially minced meat. The grilled chicke was also too dry and tasted old/not fresh.

BotswanaThe only thing I didn’t like was to find an OPEN VIEW decoder in our room,I did not watch tv because of it and try rectify your Soap holder in room 105 please.And curtain please,I understand you need light for security reasons but that light went straight into our room .
Breakfast was awesome and dinner was superb… That evening chef was the best on Thursday evening.. He really cooked nice food.. Big up to him and breakfast was 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾.

Didn't get breakfast as we had an early schedule before breakfast. Dinner was on time as booked and great. The facility is scenic and seems well trimmed in its gardens etc. Public transport system - taxis - is easily available and affordable. This is in the wild and has organised tour events which one will do well to book as you book the room. I would book them again if I need accommodation in the same area.
