“There was a 5 gallon drinking water bottle in the room which was not only very convenient but also cut down on our costs too as the container got replaced whenever it was empty and we refilled our water bottles from it and refrigerated them over night. We were located centrally to both down town Hopkins and the tourist resort area. The staff are very friendly, responsive, and generous. Bicycles were available free of charge upon request. The beach was a short 50m walk away. H2V restaurant and bar is also located at the beach front and you can avail of their sheltered seating area/hammocks/swings free of charge. The local tourist resort area beach beds/hammocks/swings are also free of charge so long as you purchase food or drink from them.”
“Exceptional stay! Clean, quiet and extremely well maintained. Right on the beach but also with a nice pool to relax in. The staff was very friendly and always trying to please. Biggest surprise was the restaurant and quality of food and service. Owner lives on site and was on top of everything. Tremendous experience.”
“Location on the beach was perfect and lots of excellent restaurants nearby. Room was clean and neat, and the housekeeper was lovely. Not much natural light in our room but we knew that when booking the cheaper option, and didn't matter as you literally walk straight out onto the beach! Great private beach area with sun loungers, chairs and tables and floats etc for the sea - really great place to spend the day relaxing.”
“Amazing location, in the center of Hopkins and close to the beach. Friendly welcome, with elaborate explanations about the place, the neighborhood and potential activities. 8 dorm room was well equipped with fans per bed (and 2 general ones) (no AC) and curtains. Sanitary block was clean (hot showers via solar heating) and definitely enough toilets and showers for the hostel's capacity.”
“The hostel was set up in a very cute way, with a nice central courtyard with many places to sit. There were enough showers and bathrooms so we never had to wait. We also really liked Roy (owner), and he took the time to carefully answer all our questions.”
