The location was great and super close to the plaza. Breakfast was great as well. We love the soft and comfy beds. We had a hammock in the room and loved it.

The host, Lisa, was the most wonderful person you could have as host. Very helpfull and kind and willing to help with whatever you are concerned about. The accompdation is nice and the breakfast in the morning is fantastic. It is also very helpfull that they offer a laundry service if needed. Thank you so much.

Arnold’s Guest House is an exceptional place that truly ticks all the boxes for a perfect stay. Situated in a prime central location, it offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, allowing guests to relax in tranquility. The rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, equipped with modern air conditioning systems, and soon, additional fans for extra comfort. The owner and her all-female team are incredibly warm and hospitable, making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Complimentary breakfast is simple yet delightful, and a water dispenser is conveniently available for guest use. Despite being a guesthouse rather than a five-star hotel, Arnold’s offers fantastic value for money. For all these reasons, I happily give it a perfect score of 10 out of 10. Highly recommended!

Arnold’s is a great place to stay in San Ignacio! The location is very walkable to all the good spots in town (we even walked to Cahal Pech), our room was very comfortable with an outdoor patio, and Ani and Seleni were so delightful, helpful, and fun to chat with. You can even grab coffee, fruit, and toast there in the morning. We definitely recommend this guesthouse!

We couldn’t shut one of the windows, and nearby dogs were very noisy during the night.

The ladies running the hotel were so friendly and kind. The room was light and airy, and the hammock was an extra treat. Fantastic location!

Staff was a humble and very kind family. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were treated with utmost respect and kindness. We mostly were out and about, but did find out later that they can assist with tour arrangements for different excursions. Location was great for our group to walk around downtown and explore the city, they are also across the street from a fun cooking class by the famous Marie Sharp's company.

Honestly, nothing. The quality is much more than what you pay for.

Spacious rooms, wonderful staff. Helped us with everything we needed on our trip. We didn't expect anything extra, but we got some bread and spreads and some fresh fruits in the morning! Great location close to everything in the downtown. Really nice soft beds, had a great night sleep.

Arnold's Guest House was great! The room was huge and had everything we needed and more (the hammock was a fab bonus and the bedspreads were the coziest ever!). The location was excellent, the view from the roof was amazing, and the ladies who run the place were lovely and friendly :) We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend to others.

The staff were incredible and went out of their way to help us. We had lunch at their restaurant in the building and it was great! The bed was comfy and we found the room to be quiet. Very clean. Warm shower. Location couldn't be better and was within walking distance of restaurants, market, bus station, Iguana Conservation center, and Cahal Pech. Breakfast was a bonus! I have zero complaints. Would stay here again

Even they have just open the place, is not a new place. But it has it’s character.

Great location im the middle of town. Owner/manager was really helpful and also did our laundry. AC worked well and the room was spacious. Root top only had few plastic chairs, but the view was amazing. Breakfast was include the price. It was coffee, fruits, bread and some sweet toppings.

Was really happy with the accommodation, so I have nothing to complain about. All good!

Clean, spacious room, 5 minute walk from the centre. Really helpful staff, who organised an excellent tour to ATM (cheaper than other operators). Great breakfast with toast, spreads, fruit, orange juice & coffee. Free water. Microwave available in the hallway, with the breakfast.

Difficulty unlocking main door with key given.

Great location; in the middle of town and within walking distance to bars/restaurants and supermarkets. Easy to flag down a taxi. Within walking distance to the iguana sanctuary and (if you really wanted to) the Cahal Pech ruins. Room and bathroom was very spacious. Shower had decent pressure. Breakfast was included in the price; included coffee, fruits and bread (to make toast) with different spreads. There is a water dispenser to refill your water bottle. Air conditioning was excellent. The lady running the hotel was very pleasant and helped to organise taxis.

The girls working here are amazing. They couldn't be more helpful. Our room was immaculately clean and the location was two minutes walk to everything. We booked ATM tour through Arnolds and saved a $10 per person fee which everyone else charges.

The hotel is really close to the town centre. It’s very clean and they provide a free breakfast and freshly brewed coffee every morning. The ladies who run the hotel are exceptionally kind and helpful. They were amazing to us when our shuttle didn’t arrive to take us to Flores. They organised a new shuttle at really short notice after having no luck trying to get any sense from the original company we had booked with. They really care about their guests and are lovely people.

The receptionist was one so kind and friendly. She helped us with booking the ATM tour (cheaper and great tour) and with a shuttle (also cheaper Compared to others)
