Barefoot Beach Belize was fab! Lovely location and the staff were great, Bugs was wonderful :) Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or stay here again - truly felt relaxed here which was just what we needed after the hustle and bustle of NYC for the marathon.

Minor things; the shower never got hot sadly and it would have been good to have a bin in the bedroom as well as the bathroom.

We basically liked everything! This was such a great property to stay at for us. We had a little bungalow to rent it came with a shared outside kitchen space including everything you would need as well as free purified water. You also get access to push bikes for free per person staying! The location is great and the accomidation has a private dock area to sun bath and go into the sea as well as a little pool and fire pit space. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. Because you are next to the beach there is always sand everywhere (obviously) but you are provided with a broom to clean out your room which was great. You also get a little deck space attached to your bungalow with a wire on it to hang wet clothing.

Friendliness and efficiency of the staff was top of the heap!! We travel often and they exceeded all expectations! Accommodations were very clean, laid out wonderfully, location was unbelievable! Of course, the price just to this location. Very affordable! I would recommend this place to anyone that asked me about staying at Caye Caulker.

Is not so close from the main restaurants and bars, and that's not really a problem because they provide bikes, but as a solo female traveller didn't feel so comfortable going back to the accommodation after dark, because the street gets a bit dark near the hotel.

Everything. The place is clean, comfortable, super friendly staff, my room was totally equipped. I'd definitely go back.

The bathroom was a little cramp but not enough to worry about. And had to think hard to find a negative at all.

Lovely stay on the island, on the quieter side of town. The room was comfy and the bed was so good! There was also a kitchen we could use. They have free bikes with the room, which was great for exploring the island. I also had to print (quite a few) files for a visa application and they printed it all free of charge! Staff was very friendly and responsive.

We stayed in the ocean front room and woke up to a beautiful sun rising every morning. We've stayed at this hotel many times and are never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. They keep the property very clean and raked and have added a new oceanfront fire pit that we were able to enjoy on our last night there. Also, love that the hotel includes free bicycles and has a small swimming pool. We will definitely continue to stay at Barefoot Beach

It was a bit of a walk to town, but the use of bikes was great.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great a/c, free bikes was great and very well cared for property. The complimentary water was nice. The pool was great for the kids.

The shower heads were a bit old for having decent output and the hot water is really slow, but at least there is hot water compared to some other accommodations in the country.

Getting your own cabana is nice and the best part is access to your own bike & bike lock, which is very convenient since the location is a bit further out from where you'll likely be hanging closer to the north of the island. The room itself is a bit more tight and cosy and is decently clean. The beachfront is nice and there is a pier there you can chill. Wifi is a decent speed but not the fastest.

Lots of construction going on so can be a bit noisy, but this is common in low season across a lot of areas. I also didn’t get my room turned around during my stay, as I am a solo traveler that was ok but wouldn’t be great if more than one person in the room.

Close to the beach, out of the main area, clean and comfortable rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment, Cats were adorable and very cute.

The Aircon was so loud during the night, we even felt some vibration at the walls.

The Cabana did not have a view, only to the kitchen. Additionally, there was a lot of construction noise during weekdays. The room was not cleaned during our stay.

The Cabana was spacious and had its own bathroom and shower. Everything was clean. The complementary bikes are great and with them you can reach everything on the island within 10 minutes. The location is a bit out of the busiest areas but it is nice - it also has a cozy seating area at the ocean. There is a shared kitchen with fridge and a water dispenser.
