The location is outside of the village on the island so it’s very quiet. Being right on the water was beautiful. The bikes for use in the property made it easy to get around. Great kitchen so it was easy to have coffee, breakfast and lunch in the room. There was AC in the living and a unit in the bedroom that was wonderful.

The bikes are old. They worked fine but hoping they replace them soon.

We stayed in a beautiful cabin with a view of the pool and ocean. Nice equipped kitchen and big bedroom. The bikes (although not new) worked great for our trip to the north Island. Bugs is amazing!!!! She was so helpful and I even had to message her in the evening and she replied right away. Highly recommend!

Nothing, it was ALL GOOD!

Loved the colorful individual cabanas and open communal kitchen and that the hotel is located right on the beach, Loved the dock out front and 2 hammocks which we loved spending long hours in. Loved the laid back friendly locals including "Bug" our hostess.  Love that bicycles are available and that there was a hot water shower. Loved the swimming pool snd also that the cabanas had air conditioning for a good night's sleep.Loved the comfortable bed. Loved walking barefoot. Loved going to the Purple Passion Spa and having a fresh squeezed ginger shot with honey at "Juicy's" on the beach. It was a real Caribbean experience. 🩵

There is an electric stove, so that takes some time to warm up (like an hour). Also, when we were showering, the whole bathroom started to smell a bit.

Very beautiful and colourful stay, located at the sea and includes a nice pool with ocean view. It’s located in a quiter part of the island and bicycles are included, so within minutes you are in the lively town. Furthermore, wifi is great everywhere, there is a shared conditioning and most of all aircon. Staff is great and helpful as well. For a ‘budget’ option, it’s amazing.

The shower never warmed up.

The cabana was just big enough for the bed and us to walk around it, and an alcove for clothes and luggage. We were at the back and it was quiet. The bikes were great, although not the best for tall people. Staff was very helpful. The dock has hammocks that are a nice spot to unwind, and there are also chairs to enjoy. We even experienced a beach bonfire one night!

There was a bit of a smell of damp or mold inside I think, but considering the climate around it's normal I guess...

The location is just perfect, still super close to where everything is happening but still far enough to have a quiet night. The houses and cabanas are sooo beautiful with the pastel colours and white sand, while the rooms inside are a bit basic and not furnished super up-to-date but comfy enough as we didn't spend much time there except for sleeping. Private beach and pier but we didn't use it much and rather went closer to the split to swim and chill by the ocean. Each guest gets to use a bike for free during their stay.

There is construction going on next door.. but I think they waited till 9am to start up. I appreciated getting a bit of a sleep in.

Was only here for one night after traveling for 2 days. It was perfect. Had everything I needed and the owner is super nice. I liked having a hot shower and a comfy bed. There is a nice dock for swimming.

It's a little bit far from the Caye Caulker action but bikes are provided to help you get around. They could just use a bit of maintenance as the tyres were very flat.

Really nice space in the Ocean View cottage. The pool was a nice addition too. Plenty of towels provided and nice communal spaces (hammocks on the jetty, firepit etc). The bed was huge!

We're bad at asking for things so would have benefited from more routine check-ins and cleanings every three days or so during our week stay rather than once at the last day. Had issues with hot water but it was resolved after a holiday weekend on the island.

The location on the south part of the island makes it an amazingly quiet getaway. Complimentary bikes for getting around was an added bonus and made the stay closer to perfect - especially in the heat. The hammocks on the dock are great. It would be next level perfect if there were a few more shade options and comfier loungers. Based on chats with others staying in fancier seeming location on the north side of the island, this is likely the best value for location.

Hob took a long time to boil water for coffee…. This is a tiny point but the only one I could find for a negative!!

Great location a little away from main bars etc but that was good. Bikes were allocated to us which meant we could get everywhere on island. Staff were brilliant and picked us up from ferry, collected our luggage and made sure we were taken care of. Room was small but perfectly formed. Great base for showering and sleeping - we were out the rest of the time. There is an outdoor kitchen with fridge, small hob, tables, chairs and filtered water. Really enjoyed our stay here. If we return we would def book Barefoot!!
