When we arrived no one was there to check us in. Not a huge deal but we ended up waiting about 20 minutes before the office opened up for us to check in.

We e been to Placencia several times. We have a big family which can be a challenge when trying to stay in one place. It was great to find a place where we could get three bedrooms combined.

The Property surprises with its modern design and comfort. Ultra spacious and clean. We were glad to see its ongoing upkeep with staff painting the already good looking building. Very attentive staff members.

Grounds and landscaping were not up to par. No pool even though there was plenty of room to put one in. Not even an attempt to beautify the property. Trash was strewn near the walkway from the office to the rooms and never picked up. Even though it may not have been on their property, it was too close for them to ignore. The safe in room was not secured, even after requesting it be fixed. Not really ocean view, more like a peekaboo view from our room. Walls are paper thin.

Would love a bar or place to grab something to eat on property, but not a complaint, just a mention . There's a bar literally next door with small appetizers.

Great property. Clean, updated rooms. Staff was wonderful. Great views of the beach. Close to everything, but quiet.

The walls were PAPER thin. Had multiple conversations with our next door neighbours, as well as those above. It was difficult to go swimming at this property, based on the amount of seaweed preventing entry. HOWEVER, you have access (with shuttles) to the absolutely gorgeous Placencia Resort, swimming, swim up bar etc for free!

Right in the heart of Placencia, on the beach! Lots of parking available. Night watchman on property as well

kitchen needed more cookware if you want to make your own food but we ate out so it was not an issue.. didn’t have a bottle opener either

Water in the shower could have been a bit warmer, however, because of the height of the shower head it may have cooled before it reached my body. It was warm, however, I like hot showers even in warm weather. Written instructions for controlling the AC unit would be helpful too.

The view from room 2A was better than a postcard! We enjoyed looking at the beach from the balcony during the day and looking at the stars at night. Shannae Garcia (front desk) was so helpful and willing to answer questions and make recommendations for restaurants and other activities in town. The staff who kept our room looking perfect and clean were exceptional also.

We stayed in a two bedroom unit with family. it was absolutely stunning with a beautiful view of the water. Very clean and perfect location. The staff is amazing. We left Placencia and headed to our next destination only to realize that we’d forgotten something very important in the room. The staff packaged up the item, sent it by taxi to the airport, and had it flown to our next destination. We had it back within hours. Incredible service!! Highly recommend this property.

Doors did not close very well . Had to be very close to TV to change channels . All very minor .

There was nothing in particular that I did not like. The rooms were big and quite clean. Beautiful views of the ocean. Friendly people and quite safe. Always a smile on everyone's face and 'hello' to all.

Location was great. No restaurant at location. However, numerous restaurants & bars are within walking distance. Food is good to the taste. Wendy's offered great Caribbean cuisine.
