Having read the reviews at Booking.com, I had high expectations. And Jake, Shane and the other staff exceeded those expectations with their warm hospitality. Definitely recommend.

In general, this hotel was exactly what I expected it to be. The photos and reviews are accurate, and I don't have much to add. What I will say that I loved was the staff. There was an island wide power outage on our last day there, which means almost everything was closed, including the place we had planned on eating breakfast. One of the gals working that morning called to find out if the restaurant we wanted to eat at was open, and when it wasn't, she called all over finding out what restaurants were so that we would have options for our last meal. There was even one place she thought would be open that was very good, but they were not answering their phones, so she called multiple times until she found out they were open for us. On her recommendation we ate at Cool Beans that morning, and it was a perfect last meal and we were very thankful for the effort she put in on our behalf

This was the best spot on the island from what I could tell. It was an oasis of calm. The owners / managers were excellent - very relaxed. Free welcome beer was a nice touch.

Caye Casa is located in the best spot in the beach with a private dock. It was just far enough away from the business of San Pedro and the sunsets were spectacular. It was an easy walk to lots of restaurants, bars and things to do. The place was comfortable and anything we wanted was provided quickly and with pleasure. The staff were exceptional and friendly. Shaun and Marta were especially amazing - thank you! Jake had every little detail arranged for us and Mario was always offering rides and help. We were created with ice cold beverages when we arrived. We felt welcomed and spoiled! We would definitely stay here again and recommend Caye Casa.

Great in town location on the beach. It is walking distance to everything including the launch site of our snorkeling excursion. In spite of being in town, it was quiet at night. The staff was very helpful and generous with his time. We would stay here again. The bed was comfortable and the room extremely clean. Caye Casa is a small, intimate hotel - the kind of place we look for.

Shane and owner Jake were very welcoming and helpful. The pier chairs, cushioned loungers and front deck area were very appreciated! The waterfront location is excellent - close to all amenities but still manages to feel removed from the hustle and bustle of San Pedro Town.

Everything was perfect.

Jake and his staff were so welcoming and friendly from the very moment we arrived. They all made us feel like family! Jake recommended and made several dinner reservations for us which was very helpful. The staff provided free laundry, so pack light. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to explore the island by walking or by golf cart. The views from the hotel are breathtaking! We stayed in #2 which was great. Just book and go!!

Oh where do I start... Everything.... We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Caye Casa. The property is absolutely picturesque and amazing. The location is perfect, right next to heart of town but off the beaten path on the beach, and within easy walk of some of the best bars and restaurants you will ever find. The staff are just out of this world, giving you 5* service at 3* value.... Besides the value there is nothing 3* about this property definitely 4-5* all around. The rooms are so comfortable and immaculate. The cleaning staff are first rate. They definitely take immense pride in what they do, and always so happy and eager to take care of anything you may need. From extra towels, laundry services to just sweeping your front porch and steps of pesky sand. They are happy to be of service. Thank you so much Marta and Cindy. The front desk service is spot on. From greeting us as soon as we arrived with ice cold complimentary beers. To happily changing out our drinking water bottles every time they were empty. Shane may have been the newest member of the staff. But he conducted himself with the utmost professionalism. Acted as if he had years of experience and not just a few weeks. Jake the manager is what you would expect from a new York 5* concierge. He is the heart of this property. Your happiness is his number one priority. If there is anything you need all you need is ask Jake. I don't think there is anyone living on San Pedro Jake doesn't know and that they don't love him. From the best bar food, relaxed beach front dinning to the most upscale dinning. Jake can set you up and will make sure to get you a table. If your wanting to take an excursion Jake knows the best people that can take you. Thank you Jake and the rest of your fabulous staff. We are anxious to make our return trip soon.

Couldn’t fault the property or the staff!

The property was super comfortable and very well maintained! The location was amazing - close enough to walk to the centre but also far enough that you don’t get any noise at night. We loved the private dock and deck chairs to chill out in the afternoon on. The room we were in also had a direct views of the sea from the bedroom if you open the blinds! An absolute gem of a place 😃

The property was gorgeous and in an excellent location - super close to all the restaurants and bars but also on the beach. Super accessible. The staff helped us get to the property, they helped us get a golf cart at a great price, knew all the spots, provided water in our room, and were generally very helpful and kind!

The pool is not very big but being so close to the sea this didn't matter very much.

Brilliant location, a short walk from the water taxi and close to a number of great restaurants and bars. Really comfortable accommodation with thoughtful additional touches - such as the beach towels and welcome beers. The staff were also very helpful and always on hand to organise excursions/taxis etc. Would definitely recommend.
