Excellent location. Right on the beach with a lovely pier to watch the sun rise. Plenty of bars in walking distance. Room was spacious and free water! A lovely relaxing place to stay!

The staff and owner were very supportive during our stay. We had to cut our visit short as hurricane Lisa was headed for the island, but the staff made sure we were able to get back to the mainland before it hit. The location was close to the restaurants etc but not right in the middle of things, and right on the water. We were also able to have our laundry done, and after a week of travel that was very helpful!

Location amazing, staff are just wonderful. Jake and the team get it absolutely spot on by being there to help but not intrusive. We happened to be there during Storm Lisa and again Jake and team looked after us perfectly. If you are thinking of a holiday in San Pedro don’t hesitate to book here.

The boutique hotel was phenomenal! It's in close proximity to bars restaurants, bakery, grocery stores and more. The ground keeper was awesome with keeping the ground seagrass free. I would stay here again and recommend!

Hello, I don't know where to begin... except that they are excellent. Justin and Martha are the best. So very helpful and genuinely nice. I would 100% recommend this boutique hotel. We met Jake and he is great and very friendly and very knowledgeable about Belize.. We are definitely coming back here again..

we reserved a sea view room, but the sea was visible just keeping the entry door open, with people passing in front. we had the worst room of the structure unfortunately, viewing a wall from our bed.

The shower is an open concept, no side walls to help hold in the water. So water does get everywhere, but it’s not a deal breaker.

I loved everything about this place. You get alot of bang for your buck here. Right on the beach and walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The town of San Pedro is also close by yet the hotel was always quiet for sleep. Jake, Marta and Justin are wonderful and feel like family to me now. Just an awesome, clean, beautifully appointed boutique hotel!

The location is a double edge sword. For those who want to be close to the beach bars, this is probably as good as it gets. Unfortunately, there were times that the music was a little too loud. Not unbearable but definitely noticeable.

Caye Casa is in a great location and within walking distance to most of the area around San Pedro. Very close to popular restaurants and beach bars. The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The grounds were very well kept. Staff were exceptional, very warm and welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond.

WOW – We loved our stay in Caye Casa! Excellent place, comfortable, welcoming, and right on the ocean with breath-taking sunrises every morning. Justin and Jake were exceptionally kind, professional and generous with their knowledge and guidance. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to our next trip.

Everything about our (self and husband) week at Caye Casa was fabulous. Our suite was very spacious and comfortable, the location is easily walkable to dozens of restaurants, bars, and shops in the central San Pedro area, and the staff are exceptional. Great full-size kitchen, cable TV, balcony, and WiFi. I'd give more than 10 stars for Martha, who proactively took care of us all week, giving us large umbrellas on an especially stormy day, supplying us with sunscreen and bug spray, giving recommendations, and just generally being attentive and super nice. The owner, Jake, was fantastic as well, even getting new board games for us on the super rainy day. And the office manager, Justin, couldn't have been sweeter! Thanks to everyone at Caye Casa for ensuring we had a great stay.

The location, amenities, and staff were all exceptional. The manager was so helpful setting up covid test & a taxi to the airport for us. Its a quiet area right across from the water and great restaurants/bars.

Enjoyed our 6 night stay. Our 1 bdrm suite was elegantly furnished and spacious. It had a full kitchen. We love our patio with the oceanview. The only problem is the sargussum smell which is a big problem for many Carribean islands and coasts. It is not solely the problem of Caye Casa. Jake, Justin, and the rest of the staff were friendly. It is in a nice location close to bars, restaurants, and supermarkets yet quiet at night.
