The WiFi wasn’t consistent. The manager was very unfriendly and the staff seemed afraid of her.

There were a few maintenance issues (air conditioning, kitchen light, in-room safe), but all issues were immediately remedied. The rusty toilet chain broke (my husband fixed), and the TV remote needed batteries (which we replaced). The pool was way too warm/hot, but not sure what they could even do about that.

We really liked the balcony with the sea view. The location is great, near The Split, where you can easily get in the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was quiet at night, seemed well insulated from the neighboring rooms (concrete), although we were definitely there in the "off" season. And there were bikes to use, free of charge. Oh, and nice rooftop deck with hammocks.

A great location and spacious room with a beautiful balcony to sit out on and enjoy the ocean view. The staff were lovely and there are bikes you can borrow for no charge which we really enjoyed and a great way to explore the island.

The windows did not open so we had to sleep with either the fan or the air-conditioning on. Although both worked OK, as I personally like to sleep with an open window the fact that this was not possible made the room feel a bit stuffy.

There were issues with the swimming pool during our stay which meant we couldn’t use it but this is being fixed currently.

Great location to Lazy Lizard and Sip n Dip bars. A lovely roof terrace with hammocks and sun loungers with a great view. We also loved the balconies. There were lots of bikes available free for our use which allowed us to get around the island easily. Fridge, freezer drawer and filtered water were useful. There was good WiFi throughout our stay and a hot powerful shower.

The plumbing in both of the rooms(2 &3) that we rented was terrible. The plunger was used way too many times than we would have liked. In one of the rooms, the toilet overflowed. It was after office hours so we had to clean it up ourselves. Luckily, when we messaged a staff member, she responded right away and let us know where we could find a mop. Lastly, the kitchen area smelled bad. Like algae and sewage. We only stayed two nights and weren't really in the room much, so we didn't say anything about that, but had we stayed longer I definitely would have brought it up to the staff.

We loved that it was really close to the Split and was a beach front property. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and relaxing. Beautiful views. The staff member at the office was really nice and answered any questions that we had.

There was a pool and the condos are only steps from the Split. we really enjoyed the free bikes and took the free ferry over to the North Island and ride around and swam at the beach club

Service and facilities were exceptional. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Housekeeping and pool maintenance was exceptional. I will plan on coming here again. Everything worked just fine.

The location is ideal for exploring Caye Caulker. All units have decks facing the ocean. The pool and upper shared deck are excellent to hang out and relax. The bed is comfy and the kitchenette contained everything that you need if you wanted to prepare a few meals in your unit. Complementary bikes provided by property to explore.

The Condos are not beachfront as they are described, there is no beach in Caye Caulker, there is a barrier wall everywhere except for the small beach at Iguana Reef. The outside area was trashy and they were planning on painting because there was paint scraped off all over the area. They need to put small tubs of water by the rooms so that people can rinse their feet off. It was difficult to keep the room tidy with feet tracking in sand from the streets. They could also put some bath mats around the room to absorb some of the sand and water. The TV is actually a 15 inch monitor, you need a telescope to see it.

The room was air conditioned and had ample dresser space for clothing, the room was clean and the showers had hot water. We had housekeeping service each day.
