This was a great little place to stay. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. There was a kettle,fridge and water provided and a binder with great food recommendations! The host was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting caye caulker!

Close to the center of Caye Caulker but not to close. Same thing for the airport. The owner is very kind. She can help you book tours, taxi, anything to make your stay better. Also you can easily rent a bike.

Only complaint was there was construction noise early from a nearby structure. Around 7 it started outside the bathroom window. It looks like that will be wrapping up soon. There's nothing they can do, but for transparency sake.

Overall, a well kept property as depicted in their photos. Attentive staff, but not overpresent. Area felt safe, and was close to a lot of the lesser tourister areas, but close to some great eateries and viewscapes. I also like it is a small-scale local, none of these large monstrosities being built around the island.

There was nothing that was not good.

Milley (the manager) was super nice and helpful. She is a gem! Rooms were clean -- and cleaned every day. Property is really nice and feels secure. On-site bicycle rental was AWESOME! Milley directed us to GREAT food and ideas of things to do. She was always willing to make reservations for us -- so helpful and nice!!

The rooms have thin walls, so you can hear your neighbors as well as street noise.

The staff was nice and helpful, cute rooms with a lovely little terrace. Clean, full jug of water in the fridge every day. Comfortable beds and even an electric kettle! Only a 15 minute walk from the ferry to main land and 25 minute walk to the Split. Shop just around the corner.

No safe, or even a drawer with a key would be nice. Only one small water bottle per day which means I had to buy bottled which don’t get recycled. A little far from action of “town” which is fine if you’re young and don’t mind a stroll for food. The taxes and extra fee were highest I’ve paid on the island, and this entire 3 week trip, if they lowered them it would be worth it.

It was small, clean. It has a kettle and fridge. It has a little patio and place to hang wet clothes. It offered bikes to rent for cheap but they sell out so pre book. There was a book of suggestions

Our room’s bathroom had a window facing the street where people were blasting music late at night so it wasn’t a very quiet room.

This was definitely the nicest place we stayed at in Caye Caulker, very clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely and helpful.

We didn’t have a water source the day before we left so the owners provided gallons of water for us to use to wash up and brush our teeth. I’m happy this didn’t happen earlier in our stay. everyone was flexible though.

Davide and his wife were very kind and accommodating. We also liked Roxy. ☺️

There was a bit of a sewage smell outside sometimes, probably nothing that can be done about it and it can’t be smelt in the room.

Everything was great! Clean and comfortable stay. The hosts are so attentive, they made sure we had all we needed and were quick to respond to any questions we had. The island is small and you can get everywhere by bike or walking. We always felt safe.

Everything, I had an amazing stay. The welcoming was so warm and genuine, the rooms were super clean and cozy and felt like a home. There was a guide with alot of information of Belize which they also explained during the check in and there even was tea in the room. The location was also very good. I wish I would've stayed more nights, one of the best places that I've stayed in.
