The rooms are clean and well furnished. The shower is good and hot, it was a great base for us on the island.

Almost nothing, the only thing which I could point out is incredibly thin walls, that make almost every noise easily pemeating to a room next to you and enabling you to hear and almost run a conversation with your neighbours.

Charming and cosy rooms a little bit outside of the town center (though not too much). For me it was a clear advanatge, you just stay outside of hustle and bustle but remain within reasonable walk (10 mins) reach. It is a small, enclosed and intimate compound and everyone has its own little terrace. The rooms are clean, stylish, not too big but still comfortable. What is worth to mention is the owner, very nice, helpful and flexible. It always makes your stay much more pleasant.

Absolutely adored our stay at Dream Cabanas. They agreed to an early check-in and a later check-out. The location is excellent, on a quiet street. The staff was very friendly and had a ton of recommendations for us. There is a gate, so you feel very safe, although Caye Caulker feels safe all-around. The common space is also so lovely, especially when all lit up at night. Such a lovely place to stay

Didn’t like the noise made by the neighbors early in the morning with the hammering and loud music playing and the dogs barking. It was difficult to sleep in.

Liked the fact that it was kept clean and close to everything even though it wasn’t on the beach. The owners were very accommodating and let us check out later than 10 am.

The staff were very helpful and responded to any questions we had both before and during our stay. They also went above and beyond to make our stay personal. They offered advice on restaurants, laundry and any other questions about the island. It was peaceful and quiet, and although it was located a bit further away from the main buzzy area, this was ideal for us as it was far more relaxing. Plus it only took five minutes to walk to the beach bars/jetties!

There was nothing to complain about. Initially we struggled to find Dream Cabanas. They are situated on a little street behind the fire station(which luckily doesn’t seem to get any call-outs)

The cabanas were lovely, very clean and spacious. We often sat on the porch with a coffee and fryjack. The room was cool, the aircon and fan worked great. The room was clean and the towels smelt great. The coffee and tea facility was nice. We haven’t had that anywhere else in Belize or Guatemala. The book of recommendations were great! We used Ragga sailing, the laundry service and all the food places. The 8 cabanas are in their own gated community.

Ppl started working very early in the morning so hard to sleep in. Luckily, I'm an early riser.

It was a cozy stay, went with 2 other ppl and we were each able to have our own rooms. Milly was very helpful whenever we needed it no matter the time of day.

The hotel is pretty far from the center (around 10 minutes walk). It's not too terrible, but it is a walk. Other hotels are closer.

The place is nice and clean, the host is very nice. The cabins are very pretty.

New and lovely cabanas in a quiet area in walking distance to the best restaurants in town (try Reina's!). Bicycle rental is included. Milly has all the information on what to do and where to go. Absolutely perfect!

a hot water kettle was provided, but I would have preferred a coffee maker. The location is a bit far from the main swimming area at the Split

Very well maintained cabanas with quiet AC and excellent water pressure. Enough side tables and shelves to put your stuff on plus mini fridge and coffee machine are great bonus. Located on the quiet street, but still couple of blocks from hustle and bustle. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the porch. Would stay again!
