Bathroom was clean but could just use a little coat of paint to make it feel more tidier and a bit more modern.

Placencia Villas is in a great location - just a few hundred metres from the beach and the pier. There's a really nice communal courtyard with hammocks and deck chairs too. Staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Everything was amazing! Great Hosts, nice rooms and good area to reach everything by foot. If we had questions we could ask the hosts anytime and they tried to accommodate every wish we had. We are definitely coming back!

Nothing. I wish I could have stayed longer. I will be back and Placencia Village is my first choice for accomadations.

I really liked that eI was right in the middle of Placencia village and never sensed any boundary between our apartment and the rest of the Village. The apartments are set back from the street with a building in front of us so you didn't get any pedestrian traffic. The apartments surround a very nice courtyard that attracted all kinds of birds. All the apartments were occupied but it was still very quiet. It is a short walk to the beach, the restaurants and the shops.

We liked it. Would have enjoyed some cleaning service during our stay. They did come do our trash and towels when we requested it though.

We stayed here with our college kids and their friends. Location was excellent, close to everything for all age groups. Rooms are simple but have everything one needs. The property is very pleasant. Cabins are under the trees and have little veranda with chairs or a hammock. Rooms were well equipped with beach towels, coffee maker, microwave, stove and fridge. Air conditioning worked well and kept us cool. Very close walk to the beach.

Wonderful stay! The Villas are located within walking distance of everything we wanted to do, and the room was really comfortable - AC, shower, bed, WiFi, parking all made for a great experience. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in the heart of Placencia! Enjoyed walking right out to the beach for sunrise.

The property is managed by a friendly family who lives onsite who is helpful with recommendations and just friendly. Lots of amenities onsite for sports mentioned already, 2min walk from everything. Nice to have a private residential feel but also community vibe in outdoor areas. Great wifi to for work meetings.

Beds are firm so if you like that they're fine.

We felt at home in this small family run resort. The owners were lovely, the staff were lovely and other guests as well. The location is central and close to everything you need. The resort doesn't front on any road with traffic so it was perfect for our littles to run around and have some freedom. We didn't want to leave!

The bathroom has an open ceiling to the rest of the house and one of the bedrooms which made it a little uncomfortable to use the bathroom at times because you can hear everything, if you catch my drift. But I’m not sure if all the other rooms were like that- we were in the Butterfly house.

It’s very cute, in a great walkable location with lots of restaurants close to the beach. It had a big fridge in our living room, with a full kitchen that was nice to have. We really enjoyed the screened in porch as well.

Rooms weren’t serviced.

We had two of the huts for our family and they were perfect for us, and our three adult daughters. The owners are very helpful and there are Padel boards and a kayak you can use for free. You do need to carry them down to the sea but its about a 7 min walk. All the huts have a small kitchen which is great for breakfast. We didn’t try to fix anything else as the facility is small, but having a fridge is great. Our upstairs hut had a nice outdoor terrace and a hammock. The beds were comfortable and nice pillow. There is also air con or a fan to keep you cool. The town is really cute and the beach just beautiful

There was lizard poop on both beds. I don't think that's the fault of the hotel - there are lizards, and they need to poop right?

Odasa is a gem. She met us on check-in and helped us to pick up something we forgot after checkout. A lovely person. The cabana room was comfortable and larger than other similar rooms of the same price in Hopkins and Placencia. There was AC and a fan so the room was comfy during the heatwave, and after going to many of these types of accommodations in Belize this may be the only cabana hotel I may book again. Given the average hotel room standard and cost of hotels/stays in Belize, this is very good value for money.

Plus: free use if bikes, SUPs and kayak. AC was great! First time in Bz that I was given conditioner :). Staff was amazing.
