The shower faucet was falling off. The Appartment style is outdated.

The location is secluded making it a special. However, it is far from the good and popular restaurants in downtown. The staff is excellent, especially Tristan and his partner at the concierge are outstanding and went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs and requests.

I stayed at Pelican reef Villas with 2 friends and we had an amazing time! We were greeted by the wonderful concierge with welcome drinks and sat at the pool for lunch. The entire staff made sure to take care of us during our stay. We didn't have to arrange anything ourselves, even dinner reservations. The location is a bit farther south than the main town so we definitely needed a golf cart, but we were overall very happy and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

the roads were horrific, i had a fall at the beginning of the trip so riding in the golf cart was very bad for me. My sisters didn't care for the roads either, we truly hated the drive into town

We received a lot of emails in advance from 3 or 4 different forms types of communications, but response was inconsistent because varying staff had access to different issues. A lot of our communication with the hotel came down to the last-minute because we still hadn't closed the loop on a few things. It all worked out but wasn't the most efficient or easy way to resolve issues. In addition, while there, we talked a lot with staff about making arrangements for things like restaurant reservations and we'd get to the restaurant and they'd have a different story. One time they didn't have a hotel, another didn't have the reservation. We were glad to have booked most of our tours ourselves. The hotel also shipped us off to the airport way too early, prior to the listed check out time, when we could have had more time at the resort. That was our biggest disappointment. We'd refuse the next time around.

We had a delightful stay in a two-bedroom villa. We stayed in an oceanfront villa on a top floor to make sure we could open the windows and enjoy that cool sea breeze. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning we were there, right at around 6:30am. Tucked in to the quieter parts of San Pedro, it is still quite easy to get around. Golf carts are available for rental on-site but may not be fully necessary for those who wish to spend most of their time at the hotel, stick to daily excursions, or like to walk (about 2 miles into town). That said, the golf carts are well kept and are perfect to keep out of the sun and make your way in to town proper. The bar has a lot of action and is where you eat your daily breakfast. Barmen at the hotel were lovely and ready to accommodate all your desires. Thank you, Senor Enrique. Great dock where you can sit and sunbathe and where hotel arranged excursions take off. Breakfast was wonderful. Fresh-squeezed orange juice made every day. A broad set of options that met the Belizean palate or a U.S. and European one. Breakfast was a choice of entre, plus juice and coffee/tea. The room itself was spotless, well decorated and had every single desirable amenity from linens to toiletries to a great kitchen. Great space for eating and relaxing. Great TVs with a strong stream service. Good AC and thermostat control. Laundry. For this alone, I'd come here every time.

Restaurant only open for breakfast and limited lunch menu. No happy hour or dinner menu. Pool not heated. Need a golf cart to get to and from town.

Beautiful, clean, quiet hotel right on the water. Excellent breakfast included with stay. Great snorkeling right off their pier dock. Excellent staff!

It’s pretty far from the downtown area but if you book a tour with the resort you will get picked up on their dock making it very convenient. The area also had a lot of mosquitoes but I also went during high mosquito season.

The rooms were very comfortable and had a great view. The staff was amazing they even baked me a cake for my birthday.

Quite a ways from downtown and the road is bumpy.

The staff and white glove service. It’s like visiting family or friends. Love that it’s a smaller resort where they literally know everyone in your family by name. The free breakfast everyday was fantastic!
