The doors of the dorm rooms are so annoying! When you open or close the door it take a minute for an electric sound to lock it. In the night it’s very annoying. There could be activities.

Since it was a shared dorm, I had a slightly disturbed sleep due to noises from the bed underneath. My friends on the other hand didn't experience any issue. Probably, I was out of luck that day :)

This was my first time staying in a dorm. One of the best places to stay in San Pedro as it was very close to the shore and the price was very affordable. Everything was so clean and the staff were very friendly.

-One suggestion for the renovation: Bunkbeds in which you can sit up straight (as I was bumping my head all the time)

-The dorm I stayed in was spacious enough and had comfortable beds with curtain, light, locker and socket -Enough toilets + showers (at least when I was there I never had to wait) -BEST SHOWERS I had in months -WiFi worked well (also in the dorm) -Nice outside/patio + pool area -Good location in San Pedro close to the ferry dock, shops, restaurants and the center -Free drinking water -Very friendly and helpful staff -Good on-site restaurant with very attentive staff -I understood there’s a renovation upcoming, so I’ll guess it will only be better when they’re done!

I din’t care for the dogs that wonder inside the facility. The dogs were harmless.

Great staff always willing to help and make guest comfortable. Love the Meet and Greet the staff put together. The Sandbar had some of the best food. Drinks great too.

Maybe remove the aircon remote as some twat switched it off the first night.

This place exceeded my expectations. The ac in the room worked wonderfully, the pool aesthetic was inviting and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in! I didn have trouble with my door lock not working but the front desk fixed that immediately! Staff was wonderful and welcoming and was so helpful in getting me a golf cart rental. I would absolutely stay again.

The staff is just amazing and extremely helpful. They helped me to book a tour last minute. Location is good, like 5 mins walk from the water taxis. And people there, are just incredible, all of them.

We loved our stay here. Had everything we needed and in great location. Pool, small kitchen area, lounge chairs and hammocks, food and bev downstairs, walking distance to great coffee and bars. We also had a balcony and could watch the sunrise over the water each morning.

Maybe pool could be a bit cleaner with pool. I could not be sure if they use chlorin but other than that;it was clean.

Clean, well located, staff friendly.

Clean, comfortable private bed. Bring ear plugs, some guests are inconsiderate. Great location, close to restaurants, grocery stores, activities. Staff are very pleasant. Pool is clean, great lounging chairs, sofas. Food great at restaurant.

Everything was perfect! Even free ear plugs (was useful for the roasters which seems to be close by in the neighborhoods)

Wow this deserves a 10 for each check points! Really enjoyed my stay! Is is super well located either from the taxi boat or all restaurants. Super confi, clean, nice staff, amazing ambiance! Really recommend it!

Bathrooms were quite dated and water pressure was low. There was pretty much zero water pressure and no hot water in the morning - but I had to leave very early so maybe it was not on at the time.

Loved the curtained bed cubicles with power and lighting and hangers, good AC, nice storage and lockers, free water, bed was soft and comfortable, nice restaurant and bar below ... pool looked nice and clean and inviting for relaxing. Good social atmosphere with both travelers and locals. Beautiful waterfront property. For somewhat of a energetic feeling hostel and a lively central location, it was surprisingly quiet and made for a good sleep. Reception and check in staff was so very nice, friendly, and helpful. 5 stars to them. Internet coverage was quite good throughout the property and the rooms.
