Self contained apartment with every thing you needed. Loved having the washing and drying facilities and lots of TV channels. Nice outside balcony space in a great location with many bars and restaurants nearby!

Quite spacious and ideally located! Great options to eat/for coffee just around the corner. Took us 30 min with 2 young kids to reach Old Québec. Absolutely amazing!

Would have liked a separate bedroom (studio unit). It was good for our short stay of 3 nights. We needed a bath mat for the shower. Definitely in need of some new towels. Wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it.

The location was fabulous. We enjoyed coffee shops and wonderful restaurants. Nice to have parking available. East access although there was a lot of construction in the area. Very quiet at night as the window was sound proof. Nice to have air conditioning.

Parking was insanely tight. 3 different codes to access the property was a challenge.

Very good communication. Easy to access with digital keys. Clean, large space. Good instructions for the AC and Heat. Comfortable bed and futon.

There is a light shining from the corridor outside the flat through the glass front door, so at night it is not dark - was a bit difficult for sleeping.

Very nice one-room appartement, cosy and all clean. Equipment of kitchen was simple but all we needed. Bathroom modern and clean as well. The bed and sofa were ok for us. Balcony is a plus! The neighbourhood Vieux Limoilou is very likable, good shops and restaurants, running can be done in the park along the river St Charles, bus into the old city center is very close. Also private parking space was really good to have!

Need a spot for suitcases

Wonderful neighborhood, very comfortable little apartment. We loved having a kitchen and washer and dryer, since we had been traveling and bicycling for a couple of weeks before arriving in Québec.

Either the fridge or the air conditioner kept making sudden loud noises. It kept waking us up.

This was a really beautiful and well-equipped place - perfect for our two-night stay. The kitchenette has everything you need to make your own meals and there is also a washing machine and dryer if, like us, you've been traveling for a while and need a refresh! We loved the cool, non-touristy neighbourhood which was full of little restaurants and cafés. We also enjoyed having free parking (although the space is tiny!) The four of us - two over 75's, an 11-year old, and a 50-year-old, walked to old town Quebec in 25 minutes. We would stay here again.

I didn't like the matress, pillows, cushions, bed sheets and TV. The TV is 40", it's too small for the room

Very close to a fairly comprehensively stocked IGA and various eateries. Parking on site very appreciated. 30 min walking time to Old Quebec. Not a fantastic idea in winter!

It was quite a long walk from the city centre. There are buses reasonably frequently, get bus tickets from the convenience store next to Soupe and Cie. There is no elevator and apartment is one floor up, so if you have mobility problems might be difficult.

Well furnished, stylish and spacious apartment in an up and coming area of Quebec. The apartment was also clean, comfortable and well equipped. The free parking place was really appreciated. Lots of great places to eat nearby.

A quiet apartment with all the necessities of living: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, washer and dryer, espresso maker, nice balcony. About a 10-minute walk to Old Quebec. It’s great if you plan staying more than 1-2 days.

Could have better customer service.The when I called the manager seemed bothered. He was in a hurry to provide instructions as I was looking for the entrance door when I arrived.

Cleanliness, fancy decor, Netflix options, lots of sheets and towels for 4 people. Lots of small restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and pharmacies nearby, even SAQ. 10 mins away from downtown.

Didn’t realise it was one room. Kitchen and bed all in the same space. Entry code instructions confusing and inaccurate. No welcome or welcome pack. No wardrobe or hanging facilities of any description. Light from the glazed door and ill-fitting curtains made sleeping difficult. Bathroom fan not working. The walk to Quebec City Old Town takes 30 minutes and goes through a large rough sleeping area. Quite intimidating. CONTACTED ON DAY 3 OF OUR 5 DAY STAY BY MESSAGE AND PHONE DEMANDING THAT WE IMMEDIATELY RETURN TO THE APARTMENT AND VACATE IT AS OTHER GUESTS WERE DUE IN OUR ROOM. I ADVISED THAT WE HAD A 5 DAY BOOKING AND AFTER CHECKING I WAS GIVEN A BRIEF APOLOGY AND THEY HUNG UP. Overall disappointing accommodation and not recommended.

The website clearly stated there was a separate bedroom with a double bed, plus a sofa bed in the lounge. On this basis we booked the apartment for our party of four adults. Unfortunately as soon as we walked in it was obvious the separate bedroom did not exist. The two beds are directly next to each other offering no privacy at all. Because of this our friends found alternative accommodation.

It was really well set up for two people with everything we needed.

getting the codes to open the door was very complicated - assume I had to go on Booking.com app instead of receiving an email. I had no phone connection on location so cannot be assumed I can go on app

The designated parking spot was more for small cars and beside a bar + alleyway that was frequently used by anyone, so this made us nervous something bad would happen to our only car. It was hard to get ahold of staff to clarify details like the door code; no one responded unless we called.

The property was located within walking distance from Vieux Quebec (25 minutes) and other great restaurants/ shops. The interior felt safe, and was clean and tidy! Bonus: there was a cute balcony, a Nespresso machine with free pods and Netflix :)
