The outside hot tub (adjacent to the pool) was way too hot! The pool was a great temperature. Would have been good if a restaurant was available for breakfast/dinner without having to go out of the complex.

good location on Hwy 1 on north side of Calgary. Lots of services nearby.Hotel is basically clean and fully functional, and there is an indoor pool and water slide, as well as a restaurant.

Elevator out of order. - Was repaired end of day. After it was repaired there was still strange sounds when we took it. I would have loved to take the stairs but my disability make it difficult. Then toilet was out of order during the night. These were inconveniences not problems. Big truck parked in Handicap spot two days in a row. No handicap sign, no handicap person. It was grand-parents with family. Again, an inconvenience not a problem. Price given was not price that I was given for one night, I changed it from one night to two. The little add on fees should be stated up front. We had a smaller room beside the elevator. I did not want to upgrade because I want to stay within budget. Staying a third night was a possibility but we stayed on budget.The total cost of room and food was comparable to others and a sign of the times.

Registration. Any request for information or assistance was immediately taken care. All staff from front door, to halls, to service workers to restaurant staff were friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The room was clean. It all we could possibly need for an overnight stay. I felt secure. What impressed me the most was how quiet the room was. I knew the hotel was almost to capacity and had all ages. You could not tell by the sound. The location served us well. We easily had access to where we wanted to and liked being in a neighborhood instead of a see of hotels or industries. I would stay there again and I told family and friends that we would recommend it to others and that we would come again. They joined us one morning for breakfast. They thought the food was good and the price was very good.

Room smelt musky. The bathtub wasn’t very clean. The towels were torn and some were folded but were actually dirty.

I liked the bar. Staff were super nice. It smelt really nice when you first walk in the hotel. Very convenient location.

The bathroom is very small, the furniture was older, there was only one side table for the bed, the sheets could use freshening(replacing). The tv was low definition.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Love that you welcome dogs.

There was a mix-up over the booking, so the desk person actually upgraded us to a suite, which I thought was very classy. So I would definitely recommend this hotel for its excellent service! The in-house restaurant was great.
