C train stops right at the hotel so the noise from the trains were noticed.

Walking distance to lots of restaurants and Calgary tower. The pool was excellent for young kids. Steam shower was enjoyed by adults

Parking is not convenience or you have to pay $$$ for it. The loading area is limited too.

The AC was pretty cold!!

The closeness to Fort Calgary which I was attending Country Thunder for. Also the hotel is so near restaurants and bars.

That we couldn't stay longer!

We were only in town for a night, and this hotel was everything we hoped it would be. Easy check-in, private parking, super comfy bed, great bathroom (with a view of the Calgary Tower). So clean and well appointed. Sadly, we didn't have time to use the pool/ hot tub, but it was beautifully kept as well. I can't say enough about the breakfast. My husband opted for pancakes (which were the size of a plate), and I went for the tater tot bowl with duck confit, cheese curds, and an egg topped with hollandaise sauce. Perfection. The hotel is located about 2 blocks from the Calgary Tower, and there's plenty of nightlife to enjoy in the immediate area. (Pictures are the view from our room & bathroom on the 10th floor)

The food offerings in the lounge were limited

We liked the convenient location. The staff are friendly and helpful but the staff in the lounge could be more friendly. The rooms are well equipped after the renovations

It had traditional elegance and charm. Neat, tidy, good size rooms, and a very short walk to Calgary Tower and right next to all the eateries and bars. Great atmosphere. Easy parking.

Parking charges at 32 CAD per night are excessive

This is an excellent hotel for a stay in Calgary. Located just along the street from Calgary Tower and adjacent to shops, bars and restaurants. Also very near a tram stop. Would definitely stay here again. If you do visit Calgary the Historic Site (17mins away by car) is a must - we spent a great day here, extremely interesting.

Front desk staff Mohammad a lead staff was very abrupt/rude / unhelpful and even said the washroom was closed for any use by guest While we waited to be checked in. He also said there is no blanket/pillow as we were frozen while waiting in the area as there was no heat on.

It’s beyond the control of the property and more a reflection of downtown Calgary’s current state. But there are a lot of homeless folks in the area.

We were treated to the 19th floor room 1927 and absolutely were thrilled with the room and its views. The modern and comfortable decor was amazing. Can’t say enough good things about your property. We were greeted by Jun at front desk and he was very professional and pleasant to deal with. Thank you for making our anniversary getaway fantastic!

Wished we had breakfast included. We have to be members to get and it was impossible to get our steaming services like Netflix or Disney on the tv.
