we had a 2 double beds in a downstairs room. location was an easy walk to town. parking onsite. lovely host, very helpful. breakfast was generous and restocked daily in our fridge. Free wifi included. would stay again for sure.

The big, obvious drawback is that there’s no virtually no storage in the room. There’s a few hangars in a draw but nowhere to hang anything. It was a room with two double beds and I was on my own so I could improvise and manage, but four people would really struggle.

Overnight stay in Banff. Friendly welcome from the owner. Big, comfortable room. Great breakfast waiting in the fridge. Coffee machine, kettle, microwave. Excellent Wi-Fi. There was an iron and board to keep your clothes looking good.

The only thing I didn’t like was the sap from the pine tree that got stuck on the bottom of my sandal and foot. But that’s not something that the owners could fix.

It was a large room, clean and comfy. The breakfast was ample and varied to meet all tastes. The beds were comfortable and an a/c unit was provided in case we got too warm.

The continental breakfast included in the price was left in the fridge, however it mostly contained things we could not eat - i.e. a microwaveable breakfast roll, orange juice, so only one of us could have juice as there as only one apple juice. There was no communication about dietary needs. The room, beds and bathroom were clean, however there was an odour in the room, so we had to leave the window open all the time. We were only here for 2 nights so did not complain earlier, but the standard lamp by one bed did not work, which made the room even darker. On the morning of checkout I tried to make contact with the host, but he failed to answer the door after several rings, so could not report it and just has to leave.

The walk-in shower for my Mother was excellent and the room was clean, although a little tight on space as we had to move the chairs to get to the fridge.

Premises tired, functional, cheaply furnished and basic. Did not feel homely. Power sockets somewhat oddly and inconveniently placed.

Well situated, clean, ample parking. Small balcony very pleasant (- only one room has one). Good value for Banff. Did the job.

The coffee wasn’t restocked. The water in the walls was loud. There was no one there when I wanted to check in.

I was under the assumption that there was a breakfast room. I would’ve liked this as I get up early and like to have coffee while my kids sleep.

The breakfast tray had 2 sandwiches even though we booked the room for 3. So not sure if they arranged for breakfast based on 2 guests or 3.

We got the room last minute so was glad to find a place in Banff not too far from main drag. Room and bathroom looked clean. It was adequate for us with spot to park within property. Check-in process was smooth.

Did not like having continental breakfast for two night stay stored in fridge on the Friday night of our arrival. I would suggest exclude continental breakfast, then you could reduce the room rate. There are lots of restaurants that serve reasonably priced meals. I think the room rate was too high.

Close to down town.. Quiet neighborhood. Our hostess Elsa was very kind and helpful upon our late arrival.
